【摘要】：当代大学生公民意识教育内容体系研究，是时代对高校公民意识教育提出的重要研究课题。它不仅关系到公民教育学科理论的完善，更关系到国家社会的未来走向。本文通过对公民意识教育相关概念的理解与分析，结合我国高校公民意识培养体系现状，在吸收、借鉴国外的有利经验的基础上，探讨了具有本国特色的当代大学生公民意识教育内容体系的构建。本文共包括四部分。第一部分：大学生公民意识教育相关概念。本部分主要对公民、公民资格、公民教育、公民意识教育等概念内涵作了简要的分析阐述。第二部分：大学生公民意识教育内容体系确立依据。本部分主要从四个角度综合分析了内容体系的确立依据。一是党和国家奋斗目标的依据，二是高校肩负的历史使命依据，三是大学生发展需要依据，四是大学生公民意识教育内容体系建设本身的依据。第三部分：国外大学生公民意识教育的基本内容与启示。本部分通过对当代美国、德国、日本、新加坡高校大学生公民意识教育体系基本内容的考察研究，结合我国当代大学生公民意识教育内容体系的现状，得出四点启示。第四部分：大学生公民意识教育内容体系的构建。这是本文的重点部分。本部分首先分析了构建大学生公民意识教育内容体系所需要遵循的相关原则。第二，在此基础上，，构建了大学生公民意识教育内容体系。
[Abstract]:The research on the content system of contemporary college students' civic consciousness education is an important research subject of the times, which is not only related to the perfection of the subject theory of civic education, but also to the future trend of the country and society. Based on the understanding and analysis of the related concepts of civic consciousness education and the present situation of the cultivation system of civic consciousness in colleges and universities in China, this paper draws on the beneficial experience of foreign countries. This paper probes into the construction of civil consciousness education content system of contemporary college students with national characteristics. This paper consists of four parts. The first part: the related concepts of citizenship education of college students. This part mainly analyzes the connotation of the concepts of citizen, citizenship, civic education, civic consciousness education and so on. The second part: the establishment basis of the content system of the college students' civic consciousness education. This part mainly analyzes the establishment basis of the content system from four angles. The first is the basis of the Party and the national struggle goal, the second is the historical mission basis of the university shoulder. The third is the basis for the development of college students, and the fourth is the basis for the construction of the content system of college students' civic consciousness education. The third part: the basic content and enlightenment of foreign college students' civic consciousness education. This part through the investigation and research to the contemporary American, Germany, Japan, Singapore university student citizen consciousness education system basic content, this part through the contemporary American, Germany, Japan, Singapore university student citizen consciousness education system basic content research, Combined with the current situation of the civil consciousness education content system of contemporary college students in our country, four enlightenments are obtained. Part 4th: the construction of the content system of college students' civic consciousness education. This is the key part of this paper. This part first analyzes the relevant principles that should be followed in constructing the content system of college students' civic consciousness education. Second, on this basis, The content system of civic consciousness education for college students is constructed.
