【摘要】：民办高等教育伴随着经济体制多元化的推进而日益发展并彰显其魅力。然而一串串飞速变大的数字只代表着民办高校发展的表面繁荣。近些年，许多民办高校的或“关门”或转让昭示着民办高等教育涉入“深水区”，进入整体走弱的“瓶颈阶段”。然而，，在竞争激烈的民办教育市场中，可持续发展的实施成为民办高校存续的核心所在。自上世纪80年代以来，我国的民办教育事业以强劲的势头发展。尤其是民办高等教育的发展，更多地吸引了中外专家学者及一些社会观察家的眼球。但在民办高等教育的发展进程中，存在很多有争论的实际问题和理论问题。这些问题必须通过民办教育理论研究来加以指导才能得以规范。而合理的民办高等教育发展的新路径，是在理论研究成果指导和实践经验证明后得出的结论。因此，在促进民办高等教育的发展和可持续发展上，以民办高等教育为重点的民办教育理论研究实践论证，具有潜在的不可代替的重要意义。本论文以不同民办高等学校的典型案例分析现状、阐发理论，以服务现实为运思方向，以民办高等教育现状---目前存在的发展方式---今后发展的方式改变这一逻辑关系为明线，以民办高等教育与政府、市场，社会之间的博弈为暗线，以高等教育学原理为研究基础，借鉴公共管理理论、管理学理论、博弈学理论提出我省民办高等院校可持续发展的有效路径以及对民办高等院校发展和生存等关键性问题展开研究，在全面剖析民办高等教育发展的类型、特征及成因的基础上，系统阐述了民办高校发展的新出路，深入探讨了政府对民办高校应具备的责任与展责路径，有针对性地提出民办高校可持续发展所实施的策略，从而形成了研究民办高等教育问题的独具特色的理论框架和表现风格。
[Abstract]:With the development of diversified economic system, private higher education is developing day by day and showing its charm. However, a series of rapidly increasing numbers only represent the superficial prosperity of the development of private colleges and universities. In recent years, Many private colleges or universities are either "closed" or transferred, indicating that private higher education is involved in "deep water areas" and entering the "bottleneck stage" of overall weakness. However, in the highly competitive private education market, The implementation of sustainable development has become the core of the existence of private colleges and universities. Since the 1980s, the cause of private education in China has developed with a strong momentum, especially the development of private higher education. It has attracted more attention of Chinese and foreign experts and scholars and some social observers. But in the course of the development of private higher education, There are many controversial practical and theoretical problems. These problems must be guided by the theoretical research of private education in order to be standardized. Therefore, in promoting the development and sustainable development of private higher education, the theoretical research and practice of private higher education with emphasis on private higher education is demonstrated. It has potential irreplaceable significance. This paper analyzes the current situation of typical cases of different private colleges and universities, explains the theory, and takes serving reality as the direction of thinking. To change this logic relation in the present situation of private higher education --the way of development in the future, taking the game between private higher education and government, market and society as the dark line, and to change the logic relation in the future, the game between the private higher education and the government, the market and the society is regarded as the dark line. On the basis of the theory of higher education, the author draws lessons from the theory of public management and management. The theory of game theory puts forward the effective path of the sustainable development of private colleges and universities in our province, and studies the key problems such as the development and survival of private colleges and universities, on the basis of comprehensively analyzing the types, characteristics and causes of the development of private higher education. This paper systematically expounds the new way out for the development of private colleges and universities, probes into the government's responsibility and ways of developing private colleges and universities, and puts forward the strategies for the sustainable development of private colleges and universities. Thus forming a unique theoretical framework and performance style of studying private higher education.
