传统文化视角下大学生价值教育的策略研究

【摘要】:由于全球化引起的世界范围内思想文化的激荡,以及国内改革开放30多年来的社会经济结构的转型,使得社会文化出现了多元化的态势。文化多元必然导致价值的多元化。我国大学生价值教育遇到了许多前所未有的新情况、新问题和新矛盾,亟待我们进行深入的思考与探索。在价值多元化背景下变革大学生的价值教育,一直受到国际教育界的关注。价值多元化导致西方世界一度盛行价值相对主义,非但没有解决价值冲突和社会矛盾,反而加剧了冲突和矛盾。20世纪90年代以来,西方学者更多的把研究重点转向如何引导年轻一代学会在多元的世界里寻求“共享价值”或“普遍价值”。如今,引导大学生在多元世界里形成正确的价值观念和确立合理的价值行为,已成为国际社会共同关注的教育课题。 大学生是伴随着社会转型而成长起来的一代,思想独立、开放,个性意识强烈是其典型特征。在文化多元化的格局中,各种价值不断出现在大学生的视野中,更让他们眼花缭乱,加之对文化与价值的甄别能力不足,使得他们不能对价值作出合理判断,进而陷入价值选择的困境。有的大学生陷入价值相对主义的囹圄,更有甚者选择了错误的价值观念指导自己的价值行为,造成价值理性降低,价值行为失范。传统文化是中国文化的典型代表之一,凝聚了中国人的民族精神和风貌,在现代社会中,依然发挥着重要作用。传统文化的首要功能是育人功能,其核心教育功能是价值教育功能,能够丰富大学生价值教育的内容,开拓价值教育的视野,为当代大学生教育提供一套价值准则。因此,将加强大学生的价值教育放在传统文化的视角下,才能使大学生价值教育具有中国特色,将大学生培养成真正的“中国人”。 本研究一共包含四个部分: 第一部分是导言部分。导言中主要介绍了本研究的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状,研究方法,以及核心概念的界定。为下文研究问题的展开奠定理论基础,以确保研究的合理性与科学性。 第二部分总结了当代大学生的价值危机,并对产生危机的原因进行了分析。结合当代大学生的时代特点,得出大学生的价值危机主要表现在价值主体、价值取向、价值选择和价值评价四个方面。造成大学生价值危机的因素有很多,本研究总结了社会、学校、家庭三方面的因素,并对每一方面因素做了具体分析,为下文大学生价值教育实施策略的提出做铺垫。 第三部分论述了运用传统文化进行大学生价值教育的合理性。传统文化内容丰富,在此不能一一论述,而传统文化的基本精神是对其思想的总概括,体现了传统文化的风貌与发展方向。因此,在这一部分中,研究者论述了传统文化的基本精神,并确立了现代社会传统文化的评价标准,总结了传统文化的现代价值,在此基础上,阐述了传统文化对大学生价值教育的重要作用,论证了将其运用到大学生价值教育中的合理性。 第四部分提出了在传统文化视角下大学生价值教育的实施策略。在这一部分中,根据大学生的价值危机以及造成危机的原因,提出了大学生价值教育的实施策略。由于大学生是价值教育的主体,价值教育只有通过大学生才能起作用,因此在此部分提出了社会、学校、家庭、大学生本身四位一体的价值教育实施策略,以保证大学生价值教育取得良好成效。
[Abstract]:Due to the culture surges caused by globalization in the world, and the domestic reform and opening up 30 years of economic and social structure transformation, the social culture appeared diversified trend. Cultural diversity will inevitably lead to the diversity of value. College students' value education in our country has encountered many new situations hitherto unknown, new problems and new contradictions, we need think over and explore deeply. Change the value education of College Students under the background of value diversity, has attracted international attention in education. The value pluralism led western world once popular value relativism, not only did not solve the value conflicts and social contradictions, has exacerbated conflicts and contradictions in the.20 century 90s, western scholars put more focus on how to guide the young generation to seek "shared value" or "universal value" in the multiple world. Such as Today, guiding college students to form correct values and establish reasonable value behavior in the multidimensional world has become an educational topic of common concern to the international community.
College is accompanied by social transformation and a generation growing up, open, independent and strong sense of individuality is the typical characteristics. In the cultural diversification, various values continue to appear in the students' perspective, let them more dazzling, in addition to the culture and values of the discrimination ability is insufficient, so that they can not make a reasonable the judgment of value, and then fall into the dilemma of value choice. Some students into value relativism bars, even chose the wrong values to guide the value of their own behavior, resulting in lower value rationality, value anomie. The traditional culture is a typical representative of the Chinese culture, embodies the national spirit and Chinese in modern society, and still plays an important role. The primary function of traditional culture is the core of educational function, educational function is the value of education function, can enrich the large Students value education, explore the value of education, provide a set of values for contemporary college education. Therefore, to strengthen college students'values education in traditional culture from the perspective of value education is to enable students China characteristics, train students into the real "Chinese".
There are four parts in this study.
The first part is the introduction. The introduction mainly introduces the research background, significance, research status, research methods and the definition of core concepts at home and abroad. It lays the theoretical foundation for the following research questions, so as to ensure the rationality and scientificity of the research.
The second part summarizes the value crisis of contemporary college students, and the reasons for the crisis are analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of contemporary university students, the value crisis of college students mainly value in the value orientation, four aspects of subject, value choice and value evaluation. There are many factors causing college students value crisis, this research summarizes society, school and family factors in three aspects, and every aspect of the factors analyzed for students value education implementation strategy proposed to pave the way.
The third part discusses the rationality of using the traditional culture of college students value education. The traditional culture is rich in content, this couldn't be discussed one by one, and the basic spirit of traditional culture is the total sum of its ideas, reflects the style and direction of development of traditional culture. Therefore, in this part, the author describes the basic spirit of traditional culture the establishment of modern society and traditional culture evaluation standard, summarizes the modern value of traditional culture, on this basis, this paper expounds the important functions of the traditional culture on college students value education, demonstrates the rationality of use of college students value education.
The fourth part puts forward the implementation strategy of College Students' value education in the traditional cultural perspective. In this part, according to the value crisis of college students and the causes of the crisis, put forward the strategy of College Students' value education. Because of college students is the main value of education, value education only works through the college, it is put forward in this part the social, school, family and students themselves strategy for the implementation of one of the four values of education, to ensure that students value education has achieved good results.
