【摘要】:大学英语教师职业发展应该是一个在实践中持续不断的、全面的、终生的历程。要想从整体上促进教师的职业素质和发展潜力的提高,就必须确立新的教师职业发展观,通过构建适合高校教师职业发展需要的理论来指导,把教师个人的职业发展规划和学校发展的教师管理紧密结合,通过一定的组织与机制建设,实施有效的管理与激励,以满足教师的良好生存需要为基础,以教师自主发展为中心,以教育科研实践为基本途径,以实现教师职业期望和人生价值为取向,通过教师和学校的共同努力,最终达成学校事业发展和教师职业发展相互交融,合二为一的最佳目标。本研究以心理契约理论和教师激励理论为基础,通过对沈阳理工大学教师职业发展现状和特点的调查研究,探索高校教师职业发展的问题与对策。 文章共分为六章,第一章为绪论部分,主要介绍了论文研究的目的与意义,国内外研究现状,研究基本框架、研究方法及可能的创新点。第二章主要对理工类院校,大学英语教师,职业发展等基本概念进行界定,以管理心理学的理论为基础,通过概念的界定和理论基础的应用试图明确文章应规范的内容。第三章主要通过大学英语教师的产生、职业特点和职业发展历程,阐述大学英语教师管理作为高校教师管理过程中的重中之重,其特点决定了职业培训,师资管理与发展中的关键所在。并且通过调查问卷得出目前该校大学英语教师职业发展现状。第四章主要通过沈阳理工大学的大学英语教师所面临的众多问题的分析试图找到真正无法调动大学英语教师积极性的原因。第五章从纵深多方角度探讨大学英语教师知识结构、大学英语教师专业化和大学英语教师培养方向等方面,指引探讨沈阳理工大学的大学英语教师总体职业发展方向。第六章主要总结了本文的结论及不足之处,希望以后能有所改进。 本文采用文献法、历史法、调查问卷法,从研究内容方面具有创新。对沈阳理工大学大学英语课程的任课教师职业发展现状分析,总结了大学英语教师在职业发展中存在的问题探讨产生原因,试图提出一种符合当前高校改革和发展需要的大学英语教师的教师职业发展观与管理机制,对于促进教师职业发展具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The professional development of college English teachers should be a continuous, comprehensive and lifelong process in practice. In order to promote the improvement of teachers' professional quality and development potential, it is necessary to establish a new concept of teachers' professional development. Through the construction of the theory suitable for the professional development of college teachers, the author combines the personal career development planning of teachers with the teacher management of school development, and implements effective management and encouragement through certain organization and mechanism construction. On the basis of satisfying the good survival needs of teachers, taking teachers' self-development as the center, taking educational scientific research practice as the basic approach, taking the realization of teachers' professional expectation and life value as the orientation, and through the joint efforts of teachers and schools, Finally, the best goal of combining school career development and teacher career development is achieved. This study is based on psychological contract theory and teacher motivation theory. Through the investigation and research on the present situation and characteristics of the teachers' professional development in Shenyang University of Technology, this paper explores the problems and countermeasures of the teachers' professional development in colleges and universities. The article is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the thesis research, the domestic and foreign research status, the basic research frame, the research method and the possible innovation points. College English teachers, career development and other basic concepts are defined, based on the theory of management psychology. Through the definition of the concept and the application of the theoretical basis, the author tries to clarify the content of the article. Chapter three is mainly through the emergence, professional characteristics and career development of college English teachers. This paper expounds that the management of college English teachers is the most important part in the process of college teachers' management, and its characteristics determine the vocational training. The key to the management and development of teachers is to find out the present status of college English teachers' professional development through questionnaires. Chapter four mainly through the Shenyang University of Science and Technology College English teachers face many problems. This paper tries to find out the reasons why college English teachers' enthusiasm can not be aroused. Chapter five explores the knowledge structure of college English teachers from the depth and various angles. From the aspects of the specialization of college English teachers and the training direction of college English teachers, this paper discusses the overall career development direction of college English teachers in Shenyang University of Technology. Chapter six summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of this paper. I hope I can improve in the future. This paper adopts the methods of literature, history and questionnaire, and makes an analysis of the present situation of teachers' professional development in the course of college English at Shenyang University of Technology. This paper summarizes the causes of the problems existing in the career development of college English teachers, and attempts to put forward a kind of professional development concept and management mechanism of college English teachers which meet the needs of the reform and development of colleges and universities. It is of great significance to promote the professional development of teachers.
