基于Java EE的高等学校绩效考核系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:在这个大众对高等教育有所不满的年代,社会、家庭及大学生群体对就业难问题深有感触,身为高校教师的我对此也感同身受。然而,有些高校却对外宣称大学毕业生就业率在90%以上。因此,本论文希望借助相对真实、有效的税收数据及社保数据,得到一个具有说服力的就业数据,这也是文章的最初出发点。 在研究内容方面,论文共分为六大章节。第一章,绪论。论述了选题背景、研究意义、研究内容及主要创新点。第二章,高等学校绩效考核的理论与技术基础。介绍了绩效考核的相关理论以及论文所设计的绩效考核系统用到的各类技术。第三章,我国高等教育绩效考核的现状及问题研究。通过对我国高等教育提供方式的分析,发现增加高等教育的供给并没有提升高等教育的质量,并从全面质量管理的角度将问题定位到缺乏有效的绩效考核。论文还分析了我国高等教育绩效考核的现状及存在的问题,提出了面向市场的绩效考核的概念和全国大学生毕业考试的思路。第四章,我国高等学校绩效考核系统的分析与设计,综合分析比较了几种常用的绩效考核方法,最后选取了关键绩效指标法(KPI)作为高等学校绩效考核的解决方案,将就业指标,科研学术指标和毕业考试指标作为高等学校绩效考核的关键指标,并分析了学术科研对就业的影响等。采用面向对象的分析和设计技术,设计了Student类,Examinee类,Taxpayer类和Insurants类等基本的领域模型。第五章,基于Java EE的高等学校绩效考核系统的实现。论文采用了Java EE技术作为系统的解决方案。在系统架构方面,本系统采用了表现层,业务逻辑层和数据访问层三层架构。同时,为提升系统性能,引入了MemCache (?)服务器。在绩效考核报表设计方面,共设计了高等学校整体绩效考核报表、高等学校分专业绩效考核报表、高等学校之间对比绩效考核报表、高等学校之间分专业对比绩效考核报表四套报表。在报表的实现方面,采用了JasperReports和JFreeChart技术,主要采用了饼图,柱状图和折线图,希望这些直观的图表既能考核高等学校的绩效,又能有不错的用户体验。第六章,结论及展望。 本文有三个主要创新点。一是提出了面向市场的绩效考核的概念,为我国高等教育改革提供了另一种思路。二是分析和阐述了学术对就业的影响。三是借助JavaEE技术对高等教育绩效考核系统做了实现,走在了理论和实践的前沿。
[Abstract]:In this era of public dissatisfaction with higher education, society, families and college students are deeply affected by the difficulty of finding employment, and I, as a college teacher, feel the same way. Some colleges and universities claim that the employment rate of graduates is more than 90%. Therefore, this paper hopes to obtain a convincing employment data with the help of relatively real and effective tax data and social security data, which is also the initial starting point of the article. In the aspect of research content, the thesis is divided into six chapters. Chapter one, introduction, discusses the background, significance, research content and main innovation points of the topic. The theoretical and technical basis of performance appraisal in colleges and universities. The related theories of performance appraisal and the various techniques used in the performance appraisal system designed by the paper are introduced. Through the analysis of the way of providing higher education in China, it is found that increasing the supply of higher education does not improve the quality of higher education. And from the perspective of total quality management, the problem is defined as the lack of effective performance appraisal. The paper also analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the performance appraisal of higher education in China. This paper puts forward the concept of market-oriented performance appraisal and the train of thought of national graduation examination for college students. Chapter four, the analysis and design of performance appraisal system in Chinese universities and colleges, and the comprehensive analysis and comparison of several commonly used performance appraisal methods. Finally, the key performance index method (KPI) is selected as the solution to the performance appraisal of colleges and universities, and the employment index, academic index of scientific research and graduation test index are taken as the key indicators of performance appraisal in colleges and universities. This paper also analyzes the impact of academic research on employment and so on. Using object-oriented analysis and design techniques, this paper designs the basic domain models of Student class, such as Student class, Insurants class, Insurants class and so on. The thesis adopts Java EE technology as the solution of the system. In the aspect of system architecture, the system adopts three layers: presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer. At the same time, the system is composed of three layers: presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer. To improve system performance, MemCache was introduced. In the aspect of performance appraisal report design, we have designed the overall performance appraisal report form of colleges and universities, the performance appraisal report form of colleges and universities according to specialty, and the comparative performance appraisal report form among colleges and universities, In the realization of the report form, we adopt JasperReports and JFreeChart technology, mainly using pie chart, bar chart and broken line chart. I hope these intuitionistic charts can evaluate the performance of colleges and universities. Can also have a good user experience. Chapter 6, conclusions and prospects. There are three main innovations in this paper. First, the concept of market-oriented performance appraisal is put forward. It provides another way of thinking for the reform of higher education in our country. The second is to analyze and expound the influence of academic on employment, and the third is to realize the performance appraisal system of higher education with the help of JavaEE technology, which is in the forefront of theory and practice.
