当前我国大学生新生适应性教育的主要问题及对策研究

【摘要】:大学生新生适应性教育对于大学生的培养和成长成才具有重大意义。研究大学生新生适应性教育既能加强大学生新生适应性教育的理论深度,又能为大学生适应性教育的具体实践提供理论支撑。围绕大学生新生适应性教育存在的主要问题和对策,全文分成三个部分,第一部分对大学生新生适应性教育的内涵和特点以及研究的必要性进行阐述,奠定研究的理论基础;第二部分探析了大学生新生适应性教育存在的主要问题和原因。第二部分针对问题提出解决对策。 第一章——当前我国大学生新生适应性教育的内涵、特点及研究必要性。大学生新生适应性教育属于适应性教育的一部分,其以大学生新生为对象,以培养大学生新生适应社会为最终目标而进行的有计划有组织的引导教育活动。大学生新生适应性教育具有对象针对大学生新生的特定性,内容包括学习、生活和人际关系等多方面的丰富性,方法具有的多样性和时间的短暂性等特点。大学生新生适应性教育研究的必要性体现在三个方面:推动大学生新生适应大学学习生活的现实需要、深化和拓展适应性教育理论的需要、加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的需要。 第二章——当前我国大学生新生适应性教育存在的主要问题及原因探析。我国当前大学生新生适应性教育存在六个方面的问题,具体包括教育主体相对单,缺乏沟通协作,教育目标错位,教育内容相对片面,教育方式单一,教育时间过于短暂集中和教育实效不足。导致大学生新生适应性教育存在问题的原因既有宏观原因,也有微观原因。归纳起来,主要包括对大学生新生适应性教育定位上不清;相关信息不对称以及缺乏软件和硬件支持以及国家教育体制的社会支持;此外还包括高校和老师的具体教育措施失当。 第三章——当前我国大学生新生适应性教育的对策研究。从宏观到微观,完善大学生新生适应性教育应首先应该将大学生新生适应性教育纳入思想政治教育学科之内,深化大学生新生适应性教育的重要性认识,坚持以学生为本,增强大学生新生适应性教育的责任感和使命感。通过国家教育管理机构的制度建和高校自身的制度建设加强大学生新生适应性教育的制度建设;从人事安排、经费保障等方面加强大学生新生适应性教育的组织建设,并争取更多的社会支持。在具体落实中,应当做到了解大学生新生信息的前期准备;更新教育内容和采取有效方法推动大学生新生适应性教育的具体开展,加强对大学生新生适应性教育的评估监督,全方位落实大学生新生适应性教育的具体措施。
[Abstract]:The adaptability education of freshmen is of great significance to the cultivation and growth of college students. The study of the adaptability education of freshmen can not only strengthen the theoretical depth of the adaptability education of freshmen. It can also provide theoretical support for the practical practice of adaptability education for college students. The paper is divided into three parts, focusing on the main problems and countermeasures of adaptability education for freshmen. In the first part, the connotation, characteristics and the necessity of the research on the adaptability education of college students are expounded, and the theoretical foundation of the research is established. The second part analyzes the main problems and causes of the adaptability education of college students, and the second part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems. Chapter 1-the connotation, characteristics and research necessity of the adaptability education of college students in our country. The adaptation education of freshmen belongs to the part of adaptability education, and it takes the freshmen of college students as the object. In order to train the freshmen to adapt to the society as the ultimate goal of a planned and organized education activities. The richness of life and relationships, The necessity of the research on the adaptation education of freshmen is embodied in three aspects: to promote the freshmen to adapt to the actual needs of college study and life. Deepen and expand the need of adaptive education theory, strengthen and improve the needs of ideological and political education of college students. Chapter two-the main problems and reasons of the freshman adaptability education in our country. There are six problems in the adaptation education of college students in our country, including the relative singleness of the main body of education, the lack of communication and cooperation. The educational goal is misplaced, the education content is relatively one-sided, the education way is single, the education time is too short and the educational effect is insufficient. There are also microcosmic reasons. To sum up, it mainly includes the unclear orientation of adaptive education for college students, the asymmetry of relevant information, the lack of software and hardware support and the social support of the national education system. In addition, it also includes the specific educational measures of colleges and teachers. From macro to micro level, to perfect the adaptability education of freshmen should first bring it into the subject of ideological and political education. To deepen the awareness of the importance of adaptability education for college students, and adhere to student-oriented, Strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission of college students' adaptability education. Strengthen the system construction of college students' adaptability education through the system of the national educational management organization, and strengthen the system construction of the college students' adaptability education. In the aspect of fund guarantee and so on, we should strengthen the organization construction of freshmen's adaptability education, and strive for more social support. We should renew the contents of education and adopt effective methods to promote the concrete development of freshmen's adaptability education, strengthen the evaluation and supervision of freshmen's adaptability education, and carry out the concrete measures of college students' adaptability education in all directions.
