湖北省硕士专业学位研究生就业问题研究

【摘要】:随着国家“十二五规划”的进一步推进,省域范围内对高层次人才的需求逐步增加。湖北省作为中部崛起战略中的核心城市之一,对应用型高层次专业人才的需求也越来越多。与此同时,教育部也在不断调整和优化硕士研究生的类型结构,其主要表现在扩大全日制专业学位硕士研究生招生规模,湖北省作为高教大省,义不容辞地承担了巨大的培养任务,于是,这些扩招进来的专业硕士毕业后何去何从,或者说如何与湖北省经济社会发展的步伐保持协调一致,越来越值得我们思考。本文即是以此为出发点,探讨湖北省专业硕士的就业问题。 本论文共分五个部分。 第一部分主要阐述选题缘起、研究意义、文献综述和研究思路与方法。 第二部分界定了基本概念,如专业学位以及硕士专业学位研究生;介绍相关理论,如供求理论和帕森斯的特质——因素匹配理论及其在本研究中的应用。 第三部分首先对湖北省专业硕士的供给情况作了现状分析,然后描述了湖北省经济社会发展对专业人才的需求,最后从就业市场的供求主体两方面进行整体分析,得出了影响专业硕士就业的外部原因,即经济社会发展对专业硕士的需求与其专业硕士的供给状况之间存在着差距。 第四部分通过对湖北省专业硕士的个人特质进行现状调查,对调查结果利用皮尔森(Pearson)简单相关分析和多元线性回归分析,得出了影响专业硕士就业的内部原因,即专业硕士的个人特质(包括性别、身高、长相、政治面貌、学校、专业、理论知识、综合素质、工作经历)影响其就业机会的获得及就业满意度的评价。 第五部分分析了湖北省专业硕士就业存在的问题,结合上述调查分析的结果,提出相应的对策建议,以期改善专业硕士就业的内、外两方面影响因素,促进专业硕士更好就业。 总的来看,改进湖北省专业硕士的就业现状要从内外两方面来加强,外部因素主要是来自政府与社会、用人单位、培养单位,内部因素主要是来自专业硕士的个人特质。解决这些问题是一个综合的、系统的工程,必须依靠政府与社会、用人单位、培养单位和专业硕士个人的力量来统筹解决,只有联合发挥各方的优势作用,才能使专业硕士的就业问题得到根本解决。
[Abstract]:With the further development of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the demand for high-level talents in the province has gradually increased. Hubei Province, as one of the core cities in the strategy of the rise of the central region, At the same time, the Ministry of Education is constantly adjusting and optimizing the structure of the types of graduate students, which is mainly reflected in the expansion of the enrollment scale of full-time professional degree and master students. Hubei Province, as a large province with higher education, is duty-bound to undertake a huge training task. As a result, where will these expanded professional masters go after graduation, or how to coordinate with the pace of economic and social development in Hubei Province? More and more worthy of our consideration. This article is to explore the employment of professional masters in Hubei Province. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part describes the origin of the topic, research significance, literature review and research ideas and methods. The second part defines the basic concepts, such as professional degree and master degree, and introduces the relevant theories, such as supply and demand theory and Parsons' trait factor matching theory and its application in this study. The third part firstly analyzes the current situation of the supply of professional masters in Hubei Province, then describes the demand for professional talents in the economic and social development of Hubei Province, and finally makes an overall analysis from the two aspects of the main body of supply and demand in the job market. The external reasons that affect the employment of professional masters are obtained, that is, there is a gap between the demand for professional masters in economic and social development and the supply of professional masters. In the fourth part, by investigating the personal characteristics of professional masters in Hubei Province, using Pearson's simple correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, the internal reasons that affect the employment of professional masters are obtained. That is, the personal characteristics (including gender, height, appearance, political outlook, school, specialty, theoretical knowledge, comprehensive quality, work experience) affect the employment opportunities and job satisfaction. The fifth part analyzes the problems existing in the employment of professional masters in Hubei Province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the results of the above investigation and analysis, in order to improve the internal and external factors affecting the employment of professional masters. To promote better employment of professional masters. In general, improving the employment situation of professional masters in Hubei should be strengthened from both inside and outside. External factors mainly come from the government, society, employing units, and training units. Internal factors mainly come from the personal characteristics of professional masters. Solving these problems is a comprehensive and systematic project that must rely on the efforts of the government and society, the employing units, the training units and the individual professional masters to solve these problems as a whole. Only when the advantages of all parties are brought into play, can the employment problem of professional masters be fundamentally solved.
