广西A民办大学发展战略研究

【摘要】:广西民办高等教育的发展起步于20世纪80年代,经过二十几年的发展,在数量和规模上取得了可喜的成果,已经成为了广西高等教育的重要组成部分。在广西北部湾经济的蓬勃发展之际,A大学作为广西创办时间最早、办学理念先进、办学特色突出的民办高职院校,在广西民办高校具有一定的代表性和示范作用。A大学应当以何种战略实现其可持续发展,不仅是A大学自身所关注的问题,同时也是广西民办高等教育和广西高等教育界所共同关注的问题。 本文采用问卷调查、访谈法、文献法以A大学发展战略为研究对象,着重从外部环境和内部条件两方面分析。在外部环境方面,对A大学的所面临的政策法律、经济环境、技术环境和社会环境进行综合分析。在内部条件方面,对A大学发展现状和办学特色进行分析。在战略形成一章中,首先对A大学外部因素和内部因素进行矩阵评价,得出A大学在外部面临着良好的发展机会。在内部总体力量高于平均水平。然后用IE矩阵分析工具分析A大学总体战略选择;用SWOT分析进行战略匹配。在战略的选择阶段,根据A大学的战略目标和自身发展需求进行选择。在战略的实施方面,本文从根据前文对A大学内部的劣势和自身需求,针对战略实施中的招生业务,师资队伍、教学管理等关键问题进行分析,提出相应对策。 本文的研究成果:本文认为A大学只有充分发挥自身优势,克服劣势,在充分利用外部机遇,规避威胁的基础上,以增长型战略为总体战略。通过实施品牌策略提高其品牌积累,通过人力资源战略实现自身发展,通过特色化发展战略提升自身核心竞争力,以实现战略发展目标,走可持续发展之路。 本文研究价值在于分析A大学的生存环境和发展空间,制定A大学发展战略,促进A大学的可持续发展。同时,为广西其他民办高校了解当今发展动态,分析其个体发展战略提供了参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The development of private higher education in Guangxi started in the 1980s. After more than 20 years of development, it has achieved gratifying results in terms of quantity and scale. It has become an important part of higher education in Guangxi. At the time of the booming development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf economy, A University was the first private higher vocational college in Guangxi, which had the earliest founding time, advanced running concept and outstanding characteristics of running a higher vocational college. It is not only the concern of A University itself that what strategy should be adopted to realize its sustainable development in the private colleges and universities in Guangxi. At the same time, it is also the common concern of Guangxi private higher education and Guangxi higher education circles. This paper takes the development strategy of A University as the object of study by means of questionnaire, interview and literature, focusing on the analysis of external environment and internal conditions. In terms of external environment, the paper analyzes the policy, law and economic environment faced by A University. In terms of internal conditions, the author analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the development of A University. In the chapter of strategy formation, the external and internal factors of A University are evaluated by matrix method. It is concluded that A University is faced with good development opportunities outside. The overall strength is higher than the average level. Then the overall strategic choice of A University is analyzed with IE matrix analysis tool, and the strategic matching is carried out with SWOT analysis. According to the strategic objectives of A University and its own development needs, in terms of the implementation of the strategy, this paper aims at recruiting students and teaching staff in the implementation of the strategy, according to the inferiority and self-demand of the University. The key problems such as teaching management are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The research results of this paper: this paper holds that A university can only give full play to its own advantages, overcome its disadvantages, and make full use of external opportunities to avoid threats. Take the growth strategy as the overall strategy. Through the implementation of the brand strategy to improve its brand accumulation, through the human resources strategy to achieve its own development, through the special development strategy to enhance its core competitiveness, in order to achieve the strategic development goals, Take the road of sustainable development. The research value of this paper lies in analyzing the living environment and developing space of A university, formulating the development strategy of A university and promoting the sustainable development of A university. Analysis of its individual development strategy provides a reference and reference.
