高校思想政治教育与我国文化安全

【摘要】：改革开放以来，我国文化受到巨大的冲击。我国优秀传统民族文化在经济全球化、政治多极化及全球文化大碰撞中面对新的挑战。民族文化是一个民族赖以维系生存发展的凝聚力之源，是精神家园的承载体。一个民族如果失去了自己的精神家园，是可悲的。一个民族如果失去了自己文化的特质，就如同人失去了灵魂一般。文化不仅表现出一个民族当下的时代特征，更记载着一个民族的发展历程、昭示着其未来。没有文化的发展，就没有一个民族真正意义上的文化安全。所以对于进行社会主义建设的中国而言，在高校思想政治教育视角下研究我国的文化安全问题，不仅是时代的要求，更是我国文化自身发展的需要。有挑战就要我们共同携手，找寻应对挑战之策，使我国文化朝着正确的方向发展，，巩固和发展我们民族的凝聚力和向心力，维护我国民族的生存发展利益。本文在思想政治教育和文化安全定义的基础上，分析了高校思想政治教育在我国文化安全中的作用，揭示出我国文化安全面临的挑战，提出了应对这些挑战的对策思考。文化安全仿佛是众多学者都关注的问题，本文从高校思想政治教育的视角进行诠释，希望对维护我国的民族文化安全有所贡献。能给我们今日遭遇的文化危机认知上献出微薄的一份力量。当然，虽然文化安全自从有了文化就存在，甚至到今日还在扩大，我们也没有理由不重视这一现实的问题，没有理由不去解决这一重大的问题。我们希望通过本文，促使人们在文化安全问题上能够保持自觉性，时刻把文化安全放在第一位，对文化安全有着忧患意识，通过自我改造和改造他人，形成符合我国发展需要有中国特色的社会主义文化价值观，建立合理的文化体制。只有这样，我们才能更好维护我国民族的文化特性，使我国的民族文化更好发展，繁荣我们民族的精神家园。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Chinese culture has been greatly impacted. Political multipolarization and global cultural collision face new challenges. National culture is the source of cohesion for a nation to sustain its survival and development, and the carrier of its spiritual homeland. If a nation loses its own spiritual homeland, It is sad. If a nation loses the characteristics of its own culture, it is like a person losing his soul. Culture not only shows the contemporary characteristics of a nation, but also records the course of development of a nation. It shows its future. Without the development of culture, there will be no cultural security in the true sense of a nation. So for China, which is carrying out socialist construction, the cultural security of our country is studied from the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is not only a requirement of the times, but also a need for the development of our own culture. If we have challenges, we must join hands to find solutions to the challenges, so that our culture can develop in the right direction, and consolidate and develop the cohesion and centripetal force of our nation. On the basis of the definition of ideological and political education and cultural security, this paper analyzes the role of ideological and political education in the cultural security of our country, and reveals the challenges faced by the cultural security in our country. Cultural security seems to be the concern of many scholars. This paper interprets it from the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. I hope to contribute to the maintenance of national cultural security in our country. It can give us a modest contribution to the cognition of the cultural crisis we are experiencing today. Of course, although cultural security has existed since the existence of culture, it has even been expanding to this day. There is no reason why we should not pay attention to this realistic problem, nor why we should not solve this major problem. We hope that through this article, people will be able to maintain their consciousness on the issue of cultural security and put cultural security first at all times. There is a sense of concern for cultural security. Through self-reform and transformation of others, socialist cultural values that meet the needs of the development of our country and have Chinese characteristics are formed, and a reasonable cultural system is established. Only in this way, We can better safeguard the cultural characteristics of our nation, make our national culture better development, and prosper our nation's spiritual homeland.
