农业院校学生就业指导中的思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：随着我国高等教育的大众化和我国市场经济体制改革的不断深化，在市场化的就业模式下大学生的就业问题倍受关注，大学生的就业问题直接影响着我国高等教育和现代化事业的发展。就业环境和大学生的就业观念发生了变化，我国农业院校学生的思想政治教育和就业指导遇到了新情况。如何建立和完善就业指导工作机制，帮助农业院校学生树立正确的就业观，合理配置人才资源，这是目前我国农业院校面临的新问题。在大学生就业指导中加强思想政治教育，对于缓解大学生就业压力，促进大学生顺利就业具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。因此，本文从农业院校学生就业状况出发，，论述了农业院校学生就业指导中思想政治教育存在的困境，探索了加强农业院校学生就业指导中的思想政治教育的对策。本文共分四部分：第一部分论述了当前农业院校学生就业状况及影响就业的思想道德因素分析。论述了当前我国农业院校学生的就业现状，分析了影响大学生就业的思想道德因素主要体现在大学生缺少实践能力和人际交往经验、就业观念陈旧、竞争能力弱等方面，现行的农业经营模式也制约了农业院校思想政治教育作用的发挥。第二部分阐述了在就业指导过程中加强思想政治教育的重要意义。分析了思想政治教育在确保大学生就业的性质和方向、为大学生就业提供精神动力、提高农业院校学生的就业素质、培养农业院校学生的创新精神、提高农业院校学生的就业竞争力方面的重要意义。第三部分研究了当前农业院校就业指导中思想政治教育存在的困境及成因。首先，阐述了农业院校学生就业指导中思想政治教育在内容丰富和方法灵活多样等方面取得的成绩。其次，主要从思想政治教育的针对性不强、方法单一等层面阐述了农业院校学生就业指导中思想政治教育存在的困境。再次，从学校层面、社会层面、学生层面分析了思想政治教育存在困境的成因。第四部分研究了农业院校就业指导中走出思想政治教育困境的对策。首先，突出了思想政治教育在转变学生就业观、提高学生竞争意识等方面的针对性和时效性。其次，丰富了农业院校学生就业指导中的艰苦奋斗教育、实践教育、心理素质教育等方面的思想政治教育的内容。再次，提出了创新农业院校学生就业指导的方法，包括：建立全程化就业指导模式、加强就业指导的队伍建设等。这是本文探索和研究的重点。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of higher education in our country and the deepening of the reform of the market economy system, the employment of college students in the market-oriented employment mode has attracted much attention.The employment of college students directly affects the development of higher education and modernization in China.The employment environment and the employment concept of college students have changed, and the ideological and political education and employment guidance of agricultural college students in our country have encountered new conditions.How to set up and perfect the working mechanism of employment guidance, help the students of agricultural colleges to set up the correct view of employment and rationally allocate talent resources is a new problem that our agricultural colleges and universities are facing at present.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen ideological and political education in the guidance of college students' employment to relieve the pressure of employment and to promote the smooth employment of college students.Therefore, starting from the employment situation of agricultural college students, this paper discusses the dilemma of ideological and political education in the guidance of agricultural college students' employment, and probes into the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education in the guidance of agricultural college students' employment.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part discusses the current situation of agricultural college students employment and the ideological and moral factors affecting employment.This paper discusses the present employment situation of agricultural college students in our country, and analyzes the ideological and moral factors that affect the employment of college students, which are mainly reflected in the students' lack of practical ability and interpersonal experience, the old concept of employment, the weak competitive ability and so on.The current agricultural management mode also restricts the function of ideological and political education in agricultural colleges and universities.The second part expounds the importance of strengthening ideological and political education in the process of employment guidance.This paper analyzes the nature and direction of ideological and political education in ensuring the employment of college students, provides the spiritual motive force for the employment of the students, improves the employment quality of the students in agricultural colleges, and trains the innovative spirit of the students in the agricultural colleges and universities.Improving the employment competitiveness of agricultural college students is of great significance.The third part studies the predicament and causes of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of agricultural colleges.First of all, it expounds the achievements of ideological and political education in the guidance of agricultural college students' employment in terms of rich content and flexible methods.Secondly, this paper expounds the dilemma of ideological and political education in the guidance of agricultural college students' employment from the aspects of weak pertinence and single method of ideological and political education.Thirdly, from the school level, the social level, the student level has analyzed the reason which the ideological and political education exists the predicament.The fourth part studies the countermeasures to get out of the dilemma of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of agricultural colleges.First of all, it highlights the pertinence and timeliness of ideological and political education in changing students' employment concept and improving students' competitive consciousness.Secondly, it enriches the contents of the ideological and political education in the guidance of agricultural college students' employment in the aspects of hard struggle education, practical education, psychological quality education and so on.Thirdly, the paper puts forward the methods of innovating the employment guidance of agricultural college students, including: establishing the whole process employment guidance mode, strengthening the construction of the employment guidance team and so on.This is the focus of this paper.
