【摘要】：随着社会发展、科技进步和教育改革的不断深入，加强和改进大学生思想政治教育、全面推进素质教育，实施科教兴国、人才强国战略，培育中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人，成为教育领域需要深入探讨和研究的重要课题。对于大学生思想政治教育工作而言，传统课堂“灌输式”的教育已然无法完全适应新时期大学生德育教学工作的需要。高校社团文化以其在繁荣校园文化、弘扬校园主旋律、丰富大学生课余文化生活、实现大学生自由全面发展等诸多领域的优异表现和无可替代的优势地位，进入了思想政治教育工作者的视野。实践表明，高校社团文化为加强校园精神文明建设、提高大学生思想政治教育实效性，提供了新的有效途径和方式，具有重大的现实意义。本文首先阐述了高校社团文化的内涵、特征、结构，分析了高校社团文化具有导向、熏陶、激励、调节、辐射的德育功能，着重强调了高校社团文化在增强思想政治教育工作实效性、实现人的自由全面发展及营建校园文化繁荣新局面等方面的德育价值；然后，对当前高校社团文化及其德育功能在物质、制度、精神三个层面存在的问题进行了说明，并解释和剖析了造成这些问题的深层次原因；最后，提出加强高校社团文化建设、充分发挥其德育功能应该遵循的先进导向、人本服务原则、创新开放原则，而且从社团的物质文化、制度文化、精神文化三个层面针对存在的问题设计了解决问题的办法和详细具体的措施，，以便推动高校社团文化持续健康和谐发展，高校德育工作积极稳妥有效进行。
