大学生寻求专业心理帮助态度的影响因素与干预研究

【摘要】:在遇到心理问题时,只有一部分大学生会去心理咨询机构寻求专业的心理帮助,国内外已有许多研究者从不同的角度研究了不同因素对寻求专业心理帮助态度的影响。本研究旨在考察不同变量对大学生寻求专业心理帮助态度的影响作用,探索大学生寻求专业心理帮助态度的重要影响因素,并为正确引导大学生提高寻求专业心理帮助的态度寻求一个有效的干预途径,促进大学生心理健康,学会合理使用高校心理健康服务资源。 本研究由两个相关联的研究组成: 第一部分,关于大学生寻求专业性心理帮助态度的影响因素研究。以扬州地区648名大学生为被试,采用寻求专业性心理帮助态度问卷ATSPPH、羞耻感体验量表、心理健康控制源问卷、社会成见量表对被试施测,探索对大学生寻求专业心理帮助态度有重要影响作用的因素; 第二部分,大学生寻求专业心理帮助态度的干预研究。基于对寻求专业心理帮助态度的影响因素研究,采用超个人心理治疗方法和认知干预方法,对大学生寻求专业心理帮助的态度进行干预研究,考察不同干预手段的效果。 研究结果表明: (1)寻求专业心理帮助态度的影响因素有:羞耻感、心理控制源、对社会成见的担心、自我隐藏程度、性别和生源地,其中羞耻感对寻求专业心理帮助态度的预测程度最大。 (2)大学生寻求专业心理帮助的态度总分及其四个维度均与羞耻感总分存在极其显著负相关。 (3)排除其他因素的影响,羞耻感总分、个性羞耻、行为羞耻对寻求专业心理帮助的需求性具有预测作用;羞耻感总分、行为羞耻对寻求专业心理帮助的羞耻忍受性具有预测作用;羞耻总分、行为羞耻、身体羞耻对开放性具有预测作用;羞耻总分、行为羞耻、个性羞耻对信任性具有预测作用。可见羞耻感对寻求专业心理帮助的态度影响很大。 (4)超个人心理干预可以提高大学生寻求专业心理咨询帮助的态度。干预结束后,超个人实验组被试的求助态度与认知实验组相比,在需求性、开放性和信任性三个维度上出现了极其显著差异,羞耻忍受性上差异显著;超个人实验组后测与前测相比,四个维度得分均出现显著差异,而认知实验组的前后测差异不显著。
[Abstract]:In the case of psychological problems, only some college students will seek professional psychological help from psychological counseling institutions. Many researchers at home and abroad have studied the influence of different factors on the attitude of seeking professional psychological help from different angles.The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of different variables on college students' attitude to seek professional psychological help, and to explore the important influencing factors of college students' attitude to seeking professional psychological help.In order to guide college students to improve their attitude of seeking professional psychological help, to find an effective way to intervene, to promote the mental health of college students, and to learn to use the resources of psychological health service in colleges and universities reasonably.This study consists of two related studies:The first part is about the influencing factors of college students seeking professional psychological help.648 college students in Yangzhou area were tested with ATSPPH, shame experience scale, locus of control of mental health and social prejudice scale.To explore the factors that have an important effect on college students' attitude towards seeking professional psychological help;The second part, the intervention research of college students seeking professional psychological help attitude.Based on the research on the influencing factors of seeking professional psychological help attitude, using the method of super-individual psychotherapy and cognitive intervention, this paper studies the attitude of college students seeking professional psychological help, and examines the effects of different intervention methods.The results show that:1) the factors influencing the attitude of seeking professional psychological help are: shame, locus of control, worry about social prejudice, degree of self-concealment, sex and source of students, among which shame is the most important predictor of attitude of seeking professional psychological help.2) the total scores of college students seeking professional psychological help and their four dimensions are negatively correlated with the total score of shame.Excluding the influence of other factors, the total score of shame, personality shame and behavior shame can predict the demand for professional psychological help.The behavioral shame can predict the shame tolerance of seeking professional psychological help; the total score of shame, the shame of behavior and the shame of body can predict the openness; the total score of shame, the total score of behavior and the shame of personality can predict the trust.It can be seen that shame has a great influence on the attitude of seeking professional psychological help.4) super-personal psychological intervention can improve the attitude of college students seeking professional psychological counseling.After the intervention, there were significant differences in the three dimensions of demand, openness and trust, and significant differences in shame tolerance between the super-individual experimental group and the cognitive experimental group.There were significant differences in the scores of the four dimensions between the post-test and pre-test in the hyper-individual experimental group, but there was no significant difference in the pre-and post-test scores in the cognitive experimental group.
