基于目标管理的高校特色班级建设研究

【摘要】：全球信息化时代到来以及社会经济的高速发展为高等教育的发展提供了前所未有的机遇,同时也把高校校园各方面建设推向新的高度。随着“开放式”大学的提出和践行,尤其是网络环境的巨大冲击,高校与社会之间的“围墙”逐渐被打开,社会和网络各种思潮涌入大学校园,不断冲击着高校大学生人生观、价值观和世界观。而高校班级是思想政治教育有力的落脚点,在组织班级成员开展活动,践行大学教育和管理方面起着至关重要的作用。固有模式下的班级建设过程已经远远不能适应新时期班级建设的需要,班级目标的制定因循守旧,脱离班级优势,好大喜功同时缺乏特色创新意识,缺乏目标的延续性和递进性,这些原有的弊端造成了在校大学生对班级建设认同感不强,主动性不高,主人翁意识欠缺。本文尝试将思想政治工作原理和目标管理原理有效结合,以创建特色班级为载体,将目标管理的思想引入思想政治教育过程中,通过对传统班级建设中存在的问题、班级成员存在的问题和班级目标管理的意义与功能的分析,初步构建基于SMART原则和KPI绩效考核为前提的特色班级建设体制,探索基于目标管理体系下的特色班级建设模式。本文的创新之处在于,充分发挥目标管理的优势作用,将目标管理融入到特色班级建设的过程中来,同时积极有效的发挥特色班级的特色推动作用,构建高校特色班级创建模式,全面达成大学生自我服务、自我教育、自我成才目标。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the global information age and the rapid development of social economy provide unprecedented opportunities for the development of higher education, and at the same time push the construction of various aspects of university campus to a new height.With the introduction and practice of "open" universities, especially the tremendous impact of the network environment, the "wall" between the university and the society is gradually opened, the social and network trends of thought pour into the university campus, and constantly impact the college students' outlook on life.Values and worldviewCollege class is a powerful foothold of ideological and political education, which plays an important role in organizing class members to carry out activities and practice college education and management.The process of class construction under the inherent mode has been far from meeting the needs of class construction in the new period.Lack of continuity and progression of goals, these original shortcomings of college students in class building sense of identity is not strong, initiative is not high, lack of sense of ownership.This paper attempts to combine the principle of ideological and political work with the principle of objective management effectively, take the creation of characteristic classes as the carrier, and introduce the idea of objective management into the process of ideological and political education, through the analysis of the problems existing in the construction of traditional classes.The problems of class members and the significance and function of class objective management are analyzed, and the characteristic class construction system based on SMART principle and KPI performance appraisal is preliminarily constructed, and the characteristic class construction mode based on objective management system is explored.The innovation of this paper is to give full play to the advantages of objective management, to integrate the objective management into the process of characteristic class construction, and to play a positive and effective role in promoting the characteristics of the characteristic class at the same time.To construct the model of college characteristic class, and to achieve the goal of self-service, self-education and self-cultivation of college students in an all-round way.
