“蚁族”现象折射的大学生职业生涯规划教育研究

【摘要】:随着市场经济的不断发展,我国社会城市化进程逐渐加快,人口结构有了新的变化。高校扩招后,每年有数以百万计的大学毕业生涌入人才市场,就业难已经成为了不争的事实。于是,有一个新兴的群体,“蚁族”,渐渐地走进了我们的视野,日益受到社会的关注,“蚁族”是“大学毕业生低收入聚居群体”的代称。主要从事简单技术类、销售类和服务类等临时性工作,聚居于城乡结合部或城中村。他们高智、弱小,他们理想宏大却深居简出,作为社会转型期的大学毕业生特殊群体,“蚁族”现象将长期存在,可能还有扩大的趋势。本文从“蚁族”现象及成因角度出发,探讨“蚁族”现象产生的主客观原因,重点讨论“蚁族”形成的主观原因,缺少职业生涯规划,进而反观大学生职业生涯规划教育现状,从大学生生涯发展需求出发,多角度的寻求解决的方法,从而探索出社会、政府、高校、家庭以及大学生自身层面所能做的切实可行的措施,找出存在的问题和挑战,并结合“蚁族”现象为加强在校大学生职业生涯规划提出可行性建议,整合社会、政府、高校、家庭等相关资源构建大学生职业生涯发展保障制度;同时引导在校大学生自主探索职业、挖掘职业兴趣,构建合理的职业生涯规划的主观信念,并试图建立大学生大学四年的职业生涯规划体系。 本文第一部分,主要探讨研究“蚁族”的背景和意义,同时,对所研究的概念和问题进行澄清,通过对研究方法的梳理,构建研究脉络。 第二部分,主要探讨“蚁族”的成因和现状,通过对“蚁族”形成的主观原因和客观原因的分析,找出“蚁族”存在的根源,尝试找到“蚁族”形成和职业生涯规划缺失之间的联系。 第三部分,结合社会的“蚁族”现象,分析当代大学生的职业生涯规划现状,从社会、政府、高校等生涯服务体系不健全,家庭教育对大学生职业生涯规划的影响,对大学生职业生涯规划现状进行论述,以职业生涯规划视角进行分析归纳总结,找到提高大学生职业生涯规划能力的突破口。 第四部分,综合当代大学生职业生涯规划现状,深入分析和讨论,并从大学生主管和客观社会角度提出可行性建议,尝试从社会、政府、高校和家庭四个方面建立大学生职业生涯规划服务体系,为大学生的职业生涯服务提供保障,同时激发大学生的职业规划意识,把“蚁族”现象当成一种压力,积极开拓思路,拓宽眼界,提升生涯规划能力,建立科学合理的职业生涯规划。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of market economy, the process of social urbanization in our country has been accelerated gradually, and the population structure has undergone new changes.After the expansion of college enrollment, millions of college graduates pour into the talent market every year, so the employment difficulty has become an indisputable fact.As a result, there is a new group, the "ant tribe," gradually into our vision, increasingly attracted social attention, "ant tribe" is "low-income college graduates living in the generation."Mainly engaged in simple technology, sales and service types of temporary work, live in urban and rural areas or villages.As a special group of college graduates in the period of social transformation, the phenomenon of "ant tribe" will exist for a long time, and there may be a trend of expansion.This paper discusses the subjective and objective causes of the "ant tribe" phenomenon from the point of view of the "ant tribe" phenomenon and its causes, and focuses on the subjective reasons for the formation of the "ant tribe", the lack of career planning, and then reviews the present situation of college students' career planning education.Starting from the needs of college students' career development, the author tries to find out the practical measures that society, government, university, family and college students can do to find out the problems and challenges that exist in the society, government, colleges and universities, families and college students themselves.Combining with the phenomenon of "ant tribe", this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for strengthening the career planning of college students, and integrates the social, government, university, family and other related resources to construct the guarantee system of college students' career development.At the same time, it guides the college students to explore the profession independently, excavates the occupation interest, constructs the reasonable subjective belief of the career planning, and tries to establish the college students' career planning system for four years.The first part of this paper mainly discusses the background and significance of the study of "ant tribe", at the same time, clarifies the concepts and problems studied, and constructs the research context by combing the research methods.The second part mainly discusses the causes and the present situation of the "ant tribe", through the analysis of the subjective and objective causes of the formation of "ant tribe", find out the root of the "ant tribe".Try to find the relationship between the formation of "ant tribe" and the lack of career planning.The third part, combined with the phenomenon of "ant clan" in society, analyzes the present situation of career planning of contemporary college students, from the social, government, college and other career service system is not perfect, the impact of family education on the career planning of college students.This paper discusses the present situation of college students' career planning, analyzes and summarizes it from the perspective of career planning, and finds a breakthrough in improving college students' ability of career planning.The fourth part, synthesizes the present situation of college students' career planning, deeply analyzes and discusses, and puts forward feasible suggestions from the perspective of college students' supervisor and objective society.The service system of college students' career planning is established in the four aspects of college and family, which provides guarantee for the service of college students' career. At the same time, it stimulates the consciousness of career planning of college students, regards the phenomenon of "ant tribe" as a kind of pressure, and actively opens up ideas.Broaden the horizon, improve the ability of career planning, and establish a scientific and reasonable career planning.
