【摘要】：大学阶段是人生的黄金时期，是大学生道德养成的关键时期。然而在社会转型时期，大学生在日常的学习和生活中却出现了与之身份不相匹配的不道德现象。目前，我国高校道德养成教育仍然存在重智育轻德育、针对性不够强、实效性比较差、时代性不明显等问题，，由于家庭道德养成教育的功利、高校道德养成教育的脱节、社会道德养成教育的困扰以及学生自我教育的弱化等方面的影响，大学生道德养成教育效果并不明显。所以，探索出行之有效的大学生道德养成教育途径势在必行。大学生道德养成教育作为高校道德教育的重要内容，它既是规范性教育也是纠偏性教育，既是示范性教育也是主体性教育，既是实践性教育也是陶冶性教育。大学生道德养成教育对于中华传统美德的继承和发扬，良好道德风尚的传播和弘扬，大学生健全道德人格的塑造，以及教育“不教而教”目标的实现都有着重要的意义。在社会转型时期，大学生道德养成教育必须紧跟时代步伐，在社会主义核心价值观统领下，将“爱国、诚信、友善、敬业”作为大学生道德养成教育的价值目标，创设大学生道德养成教育的良好环境，通过德业兼修与知行合一、师德熏陶与学生感化、渐次渗透与合力助推、慎独慎微与内省内化等主要路径从而使大学生道德养成教育取得实效。
[Abstract]:The university stage is the golden period of life and the key period of moral cultivation of college students.However, in the period of social transformation, college students in their daily study and life with their identity does not match the unethical phenomenon.At present, there are still some problems in moral cultivation education in colleges and universities in our country, such as attaching importance to intellectual education, neglecting moral education, not having strong pertinence, poor actual effect, not obvious in times, and so on. Because of the utility of family moral cultivation education, the moral cultivation education in colleges and universities is disjointed.Because of the puzzlement of social moral cultivation education and the weakening of students' self-education, the effect of moral cultivation education on college students is not obvious.Therefore, it is imperative to explore an effective way to cultivate moral education for college students.As an important part of moral education in colleges and universities, moral cultivation education of college students is not only normative education but also deviation correction education, demonstration education and subjectivity education, practical education and edifying education.Moral cultivation education of college students is of great significance to the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional virtues, the spread and promotion of good moral customs, the shaping of sound moral personality of college students, and the realization of the goal of "teaching without teaching".In the period of social transformation, the moral cultivation education of college students must keep pace with the times. Under the guidance of socialist core values, "patriotism, honesty, friendliness and dedication" are regarded as the value goals of moral cultivation education for college students.To create a good environment for college students' moral cultivation education, through the integration of moral education with knowledge and practice, teachers' moral edification and students' influence, gradual infiltration and joint efforts to promote,The main paths of caution and introspection make the moral cultivation education of college students effective.
