【摘要】：新的历史时期,为坚持走有中国特色社会主义道路,实现中华民族伟大复兴,党中央、国务院从中国特色社会主义事业总体布局和全面建设小康社会全局出发,做出了科教兴国、人才强国战略的重大决策,颁布了《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》等一系列重要文件,召开了全国教育工作会议等众多重要会议,这些文件和会议都对提高人才培养质量,发挥高校哲学社会科学育人功能,提出了新要求。人才培养,德育为先。如何切实有效提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性,是关系到党和国家赢得青年、赢得未来的重大战略性问题。大学生思想政治教育不仅限于思想政治理论课教育教学和大学生日常事务管理,高校哲学社会科学在进行专业知识传授、人文素质教育、科学研究等活动和过程中,无不发挥着思想政治教育的功能和作用。深入探索研究高校哲学社会科学的思想政治教育功能及其规律,切实发挥好高校哲学社会科学的思想政治教育功能,是一个具有重要理论价值和现实意义的研究课题。本文以中马克思主义为指导,借鉴教育学、社会学、哲学等相关学科资料,运用文献研究法、社会调查法、分析比较法等,对我国高校哲学社会科学的思想政治教育功能的有关问题进行了研究。全文由四个部分组成。第一部分高校哲学社会科学蕴含思想政治教育功能。这部分主要阐述了思想政治教育的本质、高校哲学社会科学的性质特点作用、高校哲学社会科学在人文知识传授中进行思想政治教育以及对“中立主义”和“客观主义”教育教学观提出质疑。第二部分高校哲学社会科学发挥思想政治教育功能的具体形式和基本特点。这部分重点从高校哲学社会科学发挥思想政治教育功能的具体形式和高校哲学社会科学发挥思想政治教育功能的基本特点两方面进行陈述。第三部分高校哲学社会科学与思想政治理论课形成合力。这部分分析了思想政治理论课在思想政治教育活动中各自的优劣势和高校哲学社会科学在思想政治教育活动中各自的优劣势,并对高校哲学社会科学与思想政治理论课形成合力的实现途径和要求进行了阐述。第四部分高校哲学社会科学思想政治教育工作的机制体制。这部分包括思想认识上高度重视高校哲学社会科学的思想政治教育功能、健全高校哲学社会科学思想政治教育功能发挥的组织保障和建立高校哲学社会科学的思想政治教育功能考评体系。
[Abstract]:In the new historical period, in order to adhere to the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council proceed from the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the overall situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way.He made a major decision on the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, promulgated a series of important documents, such as the outline of the National Medium- and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020, and held many important meetings, such as the National Conference on Education work.These documents and conferences have put forward new requirements for improving the quality of personnel training and giving full play to the educational function of philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities.Moral education is the first to train talents.How to effectively improve the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education is a major strategic issue related to the Party and the country to win the youth and win the future.The ideological and political education of college students is not limited to the teaching of ideological and political theory and the management of college students' daily affairs. In the process of teaching professional knowledge, humanistic quality education, scientific research and so on, the philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities are engaged in such activities and processes.All play the function and function of ideological and political education.It is a research subject with important theoretical value and practical significance to deeply explore and study the function and law of ideological and political education of philosophy and social science in colleges and universities, and to give full play to the function of ideological and political education of philosophy and social science in colleges and universities.Under the guidance of Chinese Marxism, this paper draws lessons from relevant subjects such as pedagogy, sociology, philosophy, and applies literature research, social investigation, comparative analysis, etc.This paper studies the function of ideological and political education of philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities in China.The paper consists of four parts.The first part contains the function of ideological and political education.This part mainly expounds the essence of ideological and political education, the role of the characteristics of philosophy and social science in colleges and universities.The philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities carry out ideological and political education in the teaching of humanistic knowledge and question the educational teaching concepts of "neutrality" and "objectivism".The second part is the concrete form and basic characteristics of the function of ideological and political education in philosophy and social sciences of colleges and universities.This part focuses on two aspects: the specific form of exerting the function of ideological and political education in the philosophy and social sciences of colleges and universities and the basic characteristics of the function of the ideological and political education of the philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities.The third part of the university philosophy and social sciences and ideological and political theory of the formation of joint forces.This part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the ideological and political education activities in the ideological and political theory course and the advantages and disadvantages of the philosophy and social sciences in the ideological and political education activities in colleges and universities.The paper also expounds the ways and requirements of forming the resultant force in the course of philosophy and social science and ideological and political theory in colleges and universities.The fourth part is the mechanism system of ideological and political education in philosophy and social sciences.This part includes attaching great importance to the ideological and political education function of philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities.Perfecting the organizational guarantee of the function of ideological and political education in philosophy and social sciences and establishing the evaluation system of the function of ideological and political education in philosophy and social sciences of colleges and universities.
