【摘要】： 诚信作为中华民族的传统美德,是每个公民必须具备的道德品质。在我们的社会生活中,具有十分重要的地位。《公民道德建设实施纲要》中确立诚实守信为每个公民的基本道德规范。党的十六大报告也郑重指出社会主义思想道德建设的重点应放在诚实守信上。诚信作为中华民族五千年文明积淀下来的优秀传统道德,是当今我国公民道德建设的基本道德规范,也是大学生应当继承和发扬的优良传统和需要培养的优秀道德品质。大学生作为国家的未来、民族的希望,其诚信品质的塑造、诚信习惯的养成是我国思想政治工作的重要课题。加强大学生诚信建设,不仅是社会发展对大学生提出的客观要求,也是大学生自身发展的主观需要。当前,我国大学生诚信状况的主流是好的,但也有少数大学生表现出了诚信缺失现象,其中在就业过程中这一现象尤为明显。正确、合理的引导大学生诚信就业不仅关系到大学生本人的未来,而且对社会秩序的规范也具有非常重要的意义。本文从诚信的内涵和意义入手,从三个方面指出大学生诚信就业具有非常重要的意义。通过对大学生就业过程中的诚信状况进行分析,就如何改变大学生就业诚信缺失状况提出了一些看法,为大学生诚信就业提供参考。
[Abstract]:Honesty, as the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, is the moral quality that every citizen must possess.In our social life, it has a very important position. In the outline of the Construction of Citizen morality, honesty and trustworthiness are established as the basic moral norms of every citizen.The report of the 16th National Congress of the Party also solemnly pointed out that the emphasis of socialist ideological and moral construction should be on honesty and trustworthiness.Honesty and credit, as the excellent traditional morality accumulated by the Chinese nation for 5,000 years, is the basic moral standard of the citizen moral construction in our country today, and it is also the fine tradition and the excellent moral quality that the college students should inherit and carry forward.As the future of the country, the hope of the nation, the shaping of the quality of honesty and the cultivation of the habit of honesty are the important subjects of ideological and political work in our country.Strengthening the construction of college students' honesty is not only the objective requirement of social development for college students, but also the subjective need of their own development.At present, the mainstream of honesty and credit of college students in China is good, but there are also a few college students show the phenomenon of lack of honesty, especially in the process of employment.The correct and reasonable guidance of college students' honest employment is not only related to the future of college students, but also of great significance to the norms of social order.This paper starts with the connotation and significance of honesty and credit, and points out that honesty employment of college students is of great significance from three aspects.Based on the analysis of the credit situation in the process of college students' employment, this paper puts forward some views on how to change the lack of honesty and credit in the employment of college students, which provides a reference for the employment of college students.
