中美高校学生管理队伍专业化建设比较研究

【摘要】：高校的学生工作者在高校建设中发挥着重要的作用，是高校管理工作中的一个重要的组成部分。他们以方面充当了教师的作用，另一方面又充当了干部的管理身份。这种双重的身份使他们在大学生的思想教育方面成为了骨干力量。他们组织和引领高校学生的日常思想教育和管理工作。因此，当前，我们要把辅导员打造成高校教师队伍的生力军，促进他们的专业化成长。他们肩负着培养高素质人才的重要使命，，对贯彻高校的教育方针和社会主义办学的方向具有举足轻重的意义。随着高校的扩招，我国当前的高等教育面向大众，空前发展。在这样的一个形势下，高校的学生工作显得尤其重要，为了应对挑战，为我国经济建设和社会发展培养优秀的人才。我们要进一步加强高校学生管理队伍的建设。高校辅导员自从建立以来，对高校的学生工作功不可没，立下了汗马功劳。但是在专业化和科学性方面也存在着一些亟待解决的问题。在高等教育方面，有很多国家的经验值得我们借鉴，美国作为市场运行机制非常完善的国家，在高校的学生管理方面积累了相当丰富的经验。本文试图结合我国当前的高校学生管理工作，在借鉴美国的经验的基础之上，探索出一条符合我国国情的高校学生管理工作的特色之路。本文建构的内容结构如下：先用引言介绍选题的背景、研究方法和拟达到的目的。第一章从理论上对高校学生管理队伍的专业化建设进行界定。第二章从起源、发展过程、成就及目前的影响因素对高校学生管理队伍的专业化建设进行全面的分析。第三章对美国高校学生事务管理的现状进行分析性介绍，关注其专业化发展理念和专业化建设的特点。第四章通过比较研究找出中美高校学生管理队伍专业化建设的异同。第五章是通过两国的差异性研究进一步得出对我国高校学生管理队伍专业化建设的启示和意义。
[Abstract]:Student workers in colleges and universities play an important role in the construction of colleges and universities, which is an important part of the management of colleges and universities.They act as teachers, on the other hand, as cadres management identity.This dual identity makes them the backbone of the ideological education of college students.They organize and lead the daily ideological education and management of college students.Therefore, at present, we should build counselors into the fresh force of college teachers and promote their professional growth.They shoulder the important mission of cultivating high quality talents and play an important role in carrying out the educational policy of colleges and universities and the direction of socialist education.With the expansion of colleges and universities, China's current higher education for the public, unprecedented development.In such a situation, the work of students in colleges and universities is especially important. In order to meet the challenge, we should train excellent talents for the economic construction and social development of our country.We should further strengthen the construction of university student management team.Since the establishment of college counselors, they have made great contributions to the students' work in colleges and universities.However, there are still some problems to be solved in the aspect of specialization and science.In higher education, the experience of many countries is worth our reference. As a country with perfect market operation mechanism, the United States has accumulated rich experience in student management in colleges and universities.Based on the experience of the United States, this paper attempts to explore a unique way of student management in colleges and universities in accordance with the national conditions of our country, based on the current management of college students in our country and on the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of the United States.The content structure of this paper is as follows: first, introduce the background, research method and purpose.The first chapter defines the professional construction of college student management team theoretically.The second chapter makes a comprehensive analysis of the professional construction of college student management team from the origin, development process, achievements and current influencing factors.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of student affairs management in American colleges and universities, and pays close attention to its professional development concept and characteristics of specialization construction.The fourth chapter finds out the similarities and differences of the professional construction of college student management team in China and America through comparative study.The fifth chapter draws the enlightenment and significance to the professional construction of college student management team through the research of the difference between the two countries.
