【摘要】：21世纪是一个网络的时代。在这个网络时代中，信息的交流、获取与利用已逐步成为个人进步与社会发展的基本要素。随着网络应用功能和系统性能的发展，网络已经成为经济、社会、文化发展的主要工具与技术基础。以网络为基础，以网上活动为核心的社会文化生活现象，被称为网络文化。网络文化以其存续基础的高科技性、传播途径的虚拟性、参与者的互动性以及开放多元的全球性迅速成为当代社会最具影响力的数字化的文化形态。高校是社会信息化程度最高的场所之一。传统校园文化与网络文化相互融合，产生了网络文化新子集，诞生了校园文化的新形态——高校网络文化。这是校园文化虚拟化的表现，是校园文化在内容与形式上的拓展。高校网络文化凭借其自身的高度扩散性、参与者多为知识群体等特点逐步改变了校园文化的建构模式，增强了校园文化的建设与创造力。但其在不断发展的同时，也使得原有的传统价值观呈现出了个性化和多元化的特点，甚至导致了多重价值判断标准并存的现象，削弱了校园文化自身具备的育人功能与规范功能，对新时期高校大学生思想政治工作与校园文化建设产生了冲击与挑战。社会主义核心价值体系是我党在新形势下针对经济社会发展提出的重要理论，是为适应当前社会思想道德建设新局面而提出的新要求。社会主义核心价值体系以马克思主义为指导，以中国特色社会主义共同理想为主题，以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神为精髓，以社会主义荣辱观为道德基础，是构建社会主义和谐文化与和谐社会的重要指导与举措。以社会主义核心价值体系引领高校网络文化建设，有利于促进和谐文化建设和网络和谐社会构建；有利于增强社会主义意识形态的吸引力，引导大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观与价值观；有利于坚持育人为本，德育为先，创新高校思想政治教育的形式与内容，提升其针对性与实效性；有利于繁荣校园文化、提升师生的综合素质。以社会主义核心价值体系引领的高校网络文化建设，必须坚持社会主义价值体系的指导思想、共同理想、理论精髓和道德基础。树立网络环境背景下思想政治教育新理念；加强网络道德建设，树立践行正确的荣辱观；完善网络文化建设管理机制；加强网络文化工作队伍建设。以社会主义核心价值体系引领高校网络文化建设对于解决当前网络文化建设中存在的问题，促进高校网络文化健康发展，丰富和完善思想政治教育的基础理论与实践模式具有重要意义。本文主体分为四个部分。第一部分对高校网络文化及其相关概念进行阐述，分析了高校网络文化的特征及功能。第二部分是当前高校网络文化建设的现状及其原因分析。第三部分介绍社会主义核心价值体系的内涵，并通过两者之间关系的分析，指出社会主义核心价值体系为根本，高校网络文化是载体，提出以社会主义核心价值体系引领高校网络文化建设的观点。第四部分，，在前面分析研究的基础上，探讨以社会主义核心价值体系引领高校网络文化建设的作用，并提出以社会主义核心价值体系引领高校网络文化建设的原则和途径。
[Abstract]:With the development of network application function and system performance , network has become the main tool and technology foundation of economic , social and cultural development .

Based on the network , the social and cultural life phenomenon , which is the core of online activity , is called the network culture . The network culture is one of the most influential digital cultural forms of contemporary society . The network culture is one of the most influential places in the contemporary society . The traditional campus culture and the network culture are fused with each other , and the new form of the campus culture is created . This is the manifestation of the campus culture virtualization , and it is the expansion of the campus culture in the content and form .

The network culture of colleges and universities has gradually changed the construction mode of campus culture by virtue of its own high diffusivity and multi - stakeholder knowledge group , which has strengthened the construction and creativity of campus culture . However , it also makes the old traditional values have the characteristics of individuality and pluralism , and even leads to the coexistence of multi - value judgment standards , weakens the function of educating people in the campus culture itself and the standard function , and brings the impact and challenge to the ideological and political work of college students in the new period and the construction of campus culture .

The socialist core value system is an important theory put forward by our Party in the new situation for economic and social development . It is a new requirement to meet the new situation of the current social ideological and moral construction .

With the socialist core value system , the construction of network culture in colleges and universities is of great significance to solve the problems existing in the current network culture construction , to promote the healthy development of network culture in colleges and universities , to enrich and perfect the basic theory and practice mode of ideological and political education .

The main part of this paper is divided into four parts . The first part expounds the characteristics and functions of the network culture in colleges and universities . The second part introduces the connotation of the socialist core value system and the analysis of the relationship between them . The third part introduces the connotation of the socialist core value system , and points out that the socialist core value system is the carrier , and proposes that the socialist core value system lead the construction of network culture in colleges and universities . The fourth part , on the basis of the previous analysis , discusses the principles and ways to lead the construction of network culture in colleges and universities with the socialist core value system .
