【摘要】：以手机QQ、微博、微信、微小说、微电影作为传播媒介代表，以短小精炼作为文化传播特征的时代被称为“微时代”。“微时代”体现了现代社会最新的技术、理念和文化，，改变了人们的思想观念和生活方式，创造了信息获取与传递的新方式、新格局。医学生是国家未来的医务人才，他们肩负着“健康所系，性命相托”，为人民健康服务的重任。医德教育的目的，就是培养医学生形成高尚的职业品德，提升全心全意为人民健康服务的意志和道德水平。“微时代”对新时期医学生医德教育带来深远影响。在“微时代”海量信息包围的今天，医学生接触的信息会影响他们对事物的态度，思想活动更具有动态性、复杂性。“微时代”更新了医德教育的育人观念，丰富了医学生医德教育的内容，创新了医德教育的方法与途径。同时，“微时代”也对医学生医德观念的形成、传统医德教育的形式、内容及医德教育者的主体地位提出挑战。因此，了解“微时代”特征，探讨“微时代”医学生医德教育方面存在的问题和对策，有助于我们从一个层面丰富职业道德教育的理论研究，促进医学科学发展。本论文通过实证分析的方法对医学生进行问卷调查和数据分析，研究“微时代”医学生医德教育存在的问题、原因，在树立正确的医德教育理念、创新医德教育方法、丰富医德教育内容、建强医德施教队伍等方面提出了医学生医德教育的对策，对医学生树立正确的医德观念，加强和改进医学院校医学生医德教育和培养、提高德育实效性，解决当前医疗行业医风方面存在的突出问题，推动我国医疗卫生事业的健康发展和社会的和谐进步具有一定的现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:The era of cell phone QQQ, Weibo, WeChat, WeChat, micro-fiction, micro-film as media representative, and short and refined as the characteristics of cultural communication is called "micro-era"."Micro Age" embodies the latest technology, concept and culture of modern society, changes people's ideology and life style, and creates a new way and a new pattern of information acquisition and transmission.Medical students are the future medical talents of our country. They shoulder the responsibility of "health department, life trust" and serve the people's health.The purpose of medical moral education is to train medical students to form noble professional morality and to improve their will and moral level of serving people's health wholeheartedly.Micro-age has a profound influence on medical moral education of medical students in the new period.In the "micro-era" of mass information surrounded today, medical students contact information will affect their attitude to things, ideological activities are more dynamic and complex."Micro Age" has updated the educational concept of medical ethics, enriched the contents of medical moral education for medical students, and innovated the methods and approaches of medical ethics education.At the same time, the "micro-era" also challenges the formation of medical ethics of medical students, the form and content of traditional medical ethics education and the main position of medical ethics educators.Therefore, it is helpful for us to enrich the theoretical research of professional ethics education and promote the development of medical science by understanding the characteristics of "micro-age" and discussing the problems and countermeasures in medical ethics education of medical students in "micro-era".This paper carries on the questionnaire survey and the data analysis to the medical student through the empirical analysis method, studies the medical ethics education question, the reason, the establishment correct medical ethics education idea, the innovation medical ethics education method, in "the tiny times" medical student medical ethics education existence question, the reason, in establishes the correct medical ethics education idea, the innovation medical ethics education method.To enrich the contents of medical ethics education and to build a strong medical ethics teaching team, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of medical moral education for medical students, sets up correct medical ethics concept for medical students, strengthens and improves medical moral education and cultivation of medical students in medical colleges and universities, and improves the actual effect of moral education.It is of practical significance to solve the outstanding problems existing in the current medical practice and to promote the healthy development of medical and health care and the harmonious progress of the society in our country.
