山西高校大学生职业生涯规划教育研究

【摘要】：随着我国高校招生规模的不断扩大，大学生就业难问题日趋突出，一方面越来越多的大学毕业生面临着“毕业即失业的困扰”；另一方面，在大学生的就业过程中又存在大学生就业难与用人单位招聘难的矛盾，出现了“有业不就”和“无业可就”的现象。尽管原因是多方面的，但目前高校大学生普遍缺乏科学的职业生涯规划却是一个不可忽视的重要原因。因此，在当前大学生就业难的大背景下，研究山西高校大学生职业生涯规划教育问题就显得尤为及时和重要。本文通过文献法、调查研究法、逻辑分析法等方法系统研究了山西省高校大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状及其存在的问题，并从高校和大学生两方面对问题进行了分析，，一定程度上弥补了学者过多注重分析高校而忽视学生本身的不足。在此基础上，本文运用人本主义学习理论、认知心理等理论，从高校人才培养模式的角度出发，构建了符合山西高校职业生涯规划教育体系与创新型的人才培养模式，把校企结合的职业教育模式应用到高校职业生涯规划教育中，提出了三位一体的职业生涯规划教育新模式。此外，本文还从高校应加强对职业生涯规划教育的重视程度和提高大学生个人的职业生涯规划能力等方面提出了解决对策。本文的创新之处在于提出了三位一体的职业生涯规划教育的新模式，从而使我们能够更全面的发现和认识职业生涯规划教育中存在的问题，并据此提出解决对策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities in China, the problem of employment difficulties for college students is becoming increasingly prominent. On the one hand, more and more college graduates are faced with the problem of "graduation is unemployment"; on the other hand,In the process of college students' employment, there is a contradiction between the employment difficulties of college students and the recruitment difficulties of employing units, and the phenomena of "not having jobs" and "having no jobs" appear.Although the reasons are various, the lack of scientific career planning is an important reason that can not be ignored.Therefore, under the background of the current employment difficulties of college students, it is very timely and important to study the career planning education of college students in Shanxi Province.This paper systematically studies the status quo and existing problems of career planning education of college students in Shanxi Province by the methods of literature, investigation and logic analysis, and analyzes the problems from the two aspects of universities and college students.To a certain extent, scholars pay too much attention to the analysis of colleges and universities, ignoring the students themselves.On this basis, this paper applies the theory of humanism learning and cognitive psychology, and from the perspective of talent training mode in colleges and universities, constructs the education system and innovative talent training model in accordance with the career planning of Shanxi colleges and universities.The combination of school and enterprise is applied to the career planning education in colleges and universities, and a new model of career planning education is put forward.In addition, this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the following aspects: to strengthen the education of career planning in colleges and universities, and to improve the ability of individual career planning of college students.The innovation of this paper is to put forward a new model of the trinity career planning education, so that we can find and understand the problems in the career planning education more comprehensively, and put forward the countermeasures accordingly.
