高校自主招生过程中学生综合素质评价研究

【摘要】:加强和改进高校自主招生过程中的学生综合素质评价是全面提升高等教育质量的必然要求。科学开展高校自主招生过程中的学生综合素质评价,一是要贯彻全面实施素质教育的核心与重点,紧紧围绕“解决好培养什么人、怎样培养人”这一核心问题,重点考察学生是否具有服务国家服务人民的社会责任感,勇于探索的创新精神和善于解决问题的实践能力;二是要遵循人才学关于人才的本质规定性,选好“准人才”,从生理素质、心理素质、智能素质和思想道德素质等方面要测评学生的内在素质,考察学生是否具备实践成才、自学成才的基本素养;三是要遵循学生综合素质评价的内容与要求,重点测评学生的思想品德、公民素养、学习实践与创新能力、交流合作能力、健康状况、审美与表现能力,严格实施动态的发展性的、全面客观的、定性与定量相结合的评价。 我国高校自主招生的发展大致经历了初步尝试、深化试点和稳步推进这三个阶段。当前的高校自主招生呈现出类型多元化、影响范围扩大化、选拔类型多样化、评价指标全面化的阶段性特征,,也存在六个亟待解决的突出问题:一是评价较集中于中间环节,缺乏系统规划和反馈;二是笔试和面试权重设置不合理,题目设计科学性有待提高;三是测评内容缺乏科学性;四是评价指标难以量化;五是评价模型过于复杂,后期数据处理成本费用较大;六是试点高校各自为战,不利于自主招生格局的完善。 根据测评指标体系和测评标准体系建立的原则,通过当前社会对大学生素质的认知分析,结合学生全面发展的需要,运用专家访谈法、问卷调查法等方法尝试性地建立高校自主招生过程中学生综合素质测评模型。同时为了较好的反映指标的重要性程度,使用层次分析法确定了自主招生过程中学生综合素质测评指标体系的权重,设计了综合素质测评实施方法,采用定性和定量两种方法考核学生的综合素质,并对实施方法和问卷的具体使用给予了详细说明。该评价模型具有较强的灵活性和指导性,高校在使用过程中可以根据自身的需求重新调整各指标权重,也可以重新编制问卷,设计新的测评实施方法。
[Abstract]:To strengthen and improve the comprehensive quality evaluation of college students in the process of independent enrollment is the necessary requirement to improve the quality of higher education.To carry out the comprehensive quality evaluation of students in the process of independent enrollment in colleges and universities scientifically, one is to carry out the core and focus of quality education in an all-round way, and closely revolve around the core question of "who to train and how to cultivate people".It is important to examine whether students have a sense of social responsibility to serve the country and serve the people, a spirit of innovation that is brave to explore, and a practical ability to be good at solving problems; second, to follow the essential requirements of talent learning, and to select "prospective talents".From the aspects of physiological quality, psychological quality, intelligence quality and ideological and moral quality, it is necessary to evaluate the students' internal quality, and to investigate whether the students have the basic accomplishment of becoming talents in practice and learning by themselves.Third, it is necessary to follow the contents and requirements of the comprehensive quality evaluation of students, with emphasis on assessing students' ideological and moral character, civic literacy, learning practice and innovative ability, communication and cooperation ability, health status, aesthetic and expressive ability.Strictly implement dynamic developmental, comprehensive, objective, qualitative and quantitative evaluation.The development of independent enrollment in colleges and universities in our country has experienced three stages: initial attempt, deepening the pilot program and steadily advancing these three stages.There are six outstanding problems to be solved in the present independent enrollment of colleges and universities, such as diversification of types, enlargement of influence scope, diversification of selection types and comprehensive evaluation index. One is that the evaluation is more concentrated in the middle link.Lack of systematic planning and feedback; second, the weight of written test and interview setting unreasonable, subject design need to be improved; third, evaluation content is not scientific; fourth, evaluation index is difficult to quantify; fifth, the evaluation model is too complex,The cost of data processing in the later period is higher; sixth, the experimental universities are fighting their own way, which is not conducive to the perfection of the pattern of independent enrollment.According to the principles of the evaluation index system and the evaluation standard system, through the cognitive analysis of college students' quality in the current society, combined with the needs of the students' all-round development, the method of expert interview is used.This paper attempts to establish a comprehensive quality assessment model for students in the process of independent enrollment by means of questionnaire.At the same time, in order to better reflect the importance of the indicators, using the Analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index system of students' comprehensive quality in the process of independent enrollment, the implementation method of comprehensive quality evaluation is designed.Both qualitative and quantitative methods are used to assess the students' comprehensive quality, and the implementation method and the specific use of the questionnaire are explained in detail.The evaluation model has strong flexibility and guidance. In the process of use, colleges and universities can readjust the weight of each index according to their own needs, or they can recompile the questionnaire and design a new method of evaluation and implementation.
