高校辅导员思想政治教育工作实效性探究

【摘要】：大学生作为社会主义现代化建设的后备力量，其整体素质的高低直接影响着中国特色社会主义事业能否顺利的完成，而其中思想政治水平是大学生综合素质的核心部分。高校对大学生进行思想政治教育，主要是通过思想政治教育理论课和辅导员的日常思想政治教育工作来进行的。辅导员是学生日常生活学习的重要指导者，是对大学生进行思想政治教育的骨干力量，辅导员思想政治教育工作能否收到实际效果，直接影响着当代大学生的成长成才。2004年中共中央提出要进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育，切实提高思想政治教育水平和效果。大学生的思想政治教育工作，得到了多方面的关注，因此深入探究高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的现实状况，，探究提高辅导员思想政治教育工作实效性的有效对策，是我们思想政治教育工作者重要的任务与责任。许多学者从不同的角度对高校辅导员队伍建设和大学生思想政治教育进行了研究，其中许多著作和资料成为我完成本文的重要理论来源。本文主要站在思想政治教育的大视野下，借鉴当代管理学、教育学、教育心理学等相关学科理论，在查阅大量的文献资料和图书的基础上结合我在读研期间一年多的学生工作经验，坚持历史研究和现实研究相一致，基础理论界定和实践对策研究相统一的原则，对高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的实效性进行了深入的探究。论文分四部分展开论述：第一部分前言部分，对选题的背景、选题意义、研究思路以及创新之处等进行了简要概述。第二部分系统介绍了高校辅导员的思想政治教育职能，辅导员思想政治教育工作实效性的涵义以及评价辅导员思想政治教育工作实效性的原则和标准。综合考察当前高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的实际状况，在肯定实效性不断提高的同时特别对思想政治教育工作实效性的不足方面进行了阐述。第三部分从内在和外在两个方面来分析影响辅导员思想政治教育工作实效性不强的原因。其中有辅导员自身的原因，也有教育对象复杂化和教育环境复杂化的原因。第四部分就如何增强高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的实效性问题进行了深入的探讨，针对问题的原因提出了具有一定可操作性的对策。整篇文章的重心是在探究怎样不断提高辅导员思想政治教育工作的实际效果，切实提高大学生的思想政治整体素质。基于第三部分中对影响辅导员思想政治教育工作实效性的原因分析，有针对地提出了解决问题的对策。辅导员要加强自我教育与管理，明确角色定位提高自身素质，坚持“以学生为本”的工作理念，不断创新思想政治教育工作方法和形式；高校要不断强化其管理职能，创新辅导员管理制度构建和谐校园环境；优化社会环境，为辅导员思想政治教育工作创造良好的社会环境。
[Abstract]:As the reserve force of the socialist modernization construction, the overall quality of college students directly affects whether the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics can be successfully completed, and the ideological and political level is the core part of the comprehensive quality of college students.The ideological and political education of college students is mainly carried out through the theoretical course of ideological and political education and the daily ideological and political education work of the counselors.Counselors are the important guides of students' daily life study and the backbone of ideological and political education for college students. Whether the counselors' ideological and political education work can achieve practical results,In 2004, the CPC Central Committee proposed to further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students, and improve the level and effect of ideological and political education.The ideological and political education of college students has been paid much attention to from many aspects. Therefore, the paper probes into the reality of the ideological and political education of college counselors, and probes into the effective countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college counselors.It is the important task and responsibility of our ideological and political educators.Many scholars have studied the construction of college counselors and the ideological and political education of college students from different angles, and many works and materials have become an important theoretical source for me to complete this paper.This article mainly stands under the big vision of ideological and political education, drawing lessons from contemporary management, pedagogy, educational psychology and other related disciplines theory.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents and books, and combining with my more than one year of student work experience during my post-graduate studies, I adhere to the principle of consistency between historical research and practical research, unity of basic theoretical definition and practical countermeasure study,This paper probes into the actual effect of ideological and political education of college counselors.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part of the preface briefly summarizes the background, significance, research ideas and innovation of the topic.The second part systematically introduces the ideological and political education function of college counselors, the meaning of the actual effect of ideological and political education work of counselors, and the principles and standards of evaluating the effectiveness of ideological and political education work of counselors.Through a comprehensive investigation of the actual situation of the ideological and political education of college counselors at present, this paper expounds the deficiency of the actual effect of ideological and political education, while affirming the continuous improvement of the actual effect.The third part analyzes the reasons that affect the effectiveness of ideological and political education of counselors from internal and external aspects.Among them, there are the reasons of the counselors themselves, the complication of the educational objects and the complication of the educational environment.The fourth part discusses how to strengthen the actual effect of ideological and political education of college counselors, and puts forward some operable countermeasures for the reasons of the problems.The focus of the whole article is to explore how to improve the practical effect of the ideological and political education of counselors and to improve the ideological and political quality of college students.Based on the analysis of the reasons that affect the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of counselors in the third part, some countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems.Counselors should strengthen their self-education and management, define their role orientation and improve their own quality, adhere to the "student-oriented" work concept, constantly innovate the working methods and forms of ideological and political education, and strengthen their management functions.Innovating the management system of counselors to build a harmonious campus environment, optimizing the social environment, creating a good social environment for the ideological and political education of counselors.
