高等教育中外合作办学意识形态冲突研究

【摘要】:高等教育中外合作办学是适应现代高等教育发展要求和加强国际教育交流与合作的重要形式,它作为我国高等教育发展的有效补充途径,对满足我国高等教育多样化的需求、学习借鉴发达国家和地区先进的办学理念和管理经验,提升高等院校人才培养质量具有重要意义。由于中西方经济基础和上层建筑的差异,在高等教育中外合作办学过程中不可避免地出现许多新情况、新问题,尤其是意识形态领域的冲突逐渐显现。这些问题如果得不到妥善处理将会影响和制约高等教育中外合作办学的持续、健康发展。 本文认为的意识形态即一定社会或社会阶级、集团基于自身根本利益对现存社会关系自觉反映而形成的理论体系,包括一定的政治、法律、哲学、道德、艺术、文化、宗教等。①在中外合作办学中,意识形态领域的冲突主要表现在政治、文化和价值观方面。通过对高等教育中外合作办学意识形态冲突的表现及其原因的分析,探索了新时期高等教育中外合作办学如何消解意识形态冲突的路径,为创新高校学生管理工作提供一些参考和借鉴。 本文共分为五个部分: 第一部分是引言,阐述文章的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法和本文的创新之处。 第二部分描述了高等教育中外合作办学的发展历程,界定了意识形态的概念,在此基础上阐述了意识形态冲突对高等教育中外合作办学的积极和消极影响。 第三部分分析了高等教育中外合作办学中意识形态冲突的表现,分别在政治观冲突、价值观冲突、文化冲突这三个方面进行阐述,说明意识形态冲突在高等教育中外合作办学的存在。 第四部分基于中外意识形态的教育内容、原则、教育方法的差异和中外高校教育机制的差异,分析了造成高等教育中外合作办学意识形态冲突的原因。 第五部分提出应对高等教育中外合作办学意识形态冲突的对策。要消解意识形态的冲突,首先应该从选择合适的合作对象开始,在全面了解合作对象的基础上引进真正的优质教育资源。其次,在办学过程中要注意维护我国的教育主权,防止西方意识形态的渗透,切实加强思想政治教育工作,巩固马克思主义思想的指导地位,为中外合作办学健康、快速地发展提供条件。
[Abstract]:Sino-foreign cooperation in running higher education is an important form to meet the requirements of the development of modern higher education and to strengthen international educational exchange and cooperation. As an effective supplementary approach to the development of higher education in China, it meets the diversified needs of China's higher education.It is of great significance to learn from the advanced ideas and management experiences of developed countries and regions to improve the quality of talents training in colleges and universities.Due to the differences of economic base and superstructure between China and the West, many new situations inevitably arise in the process of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education, and new problems, especially conflicts in the field of ideology, appear gradually.If these problems are not properly dealt with, it will affect and restrict the sustainable and healthy development of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education.This article holds that the ideology is a certain social or social class, a theoretical system formed by a group based on its own fundamental interests to reflect the consciousness of existing social relations, including certain political, legal, philosophical, moral, artistic, cultural,Religion etc. In Sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools, conflicts in the field of ideology are manifested in politics, culture and values.Based on the analysis of the expression and causes of the ideological conflict between Chinese and foreign cooperative schools in higher education, this paper probes into the ways to resolve the ideological conflicts in the new period.To provide some reference and reference for innovating the management of college students.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, expounding the research background, research significance, research methods and the innovation of this paper.The second part describes the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education, defines the concept of ideology, and on this basis expounds the positive and negative impact of ideological conflict on Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher education.The third part analyzes the expression of the ideological conflict in the Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education, which is explained in three aspects: the conflict of political view, the conflict of values and the conflict of culture.It explains the existence of ideological conflict in Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the ideological conflict between China and foreign countries on the basis of the educational contents, principles, educational methods and educational mechanisms of Chinese and foreign universities.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures to the ideological conflict between Chinese and foreign cooperation in higher education.In order to resolve the conflict of ideology, we should first choose the right object of cooperation and introduce the real high-quality educational resources on the basis of comprehensive understanding of the object of cooperation.Secondly, in the course of running a school, we should pay attention to safeguarding our country's educational sovereignty, preventing the infiltration of Western ideologies, earnestly strengthening ideological and political education, consolidating the guiding position of Marxist ideology, and providing a healthy school for Sino-foreign cooperation.Rapid development provides the conditions.
