大学生软实力问题研究

【摘要】：自软实力概念被提出以后，便受到社会各界的广泛关注，且被多个领域引入并开展研究。21世纪是知识经济的时代，，更是社会竞争日趋激烈的时代，当前社会则需要硬实力与软实力兼具，并且可以将二者相互促进，互相协调发展的人才。软实力与硬实力共同构成人才的核心竞争力，并在其中起到越来越重要的作用。大学生的“软实力”已成为实现个人价值、参与竞争并最终取得成功的关键性因素。大学生需要一定的硬实力，还要有适当的软实力，学生“软实力”的强与弱，直接关系到大学生的成才、就业与成功。然而现实中，高校往往会忽视“软实力”的培养，大学生本人亦过于注重自身学历、证书、专业技能等硬实力的培养，而忽视软实力的塑造。大学生的个人软实力存在情绪化、功利性、盲目性等问题，主要表现在思想道德修养存在缺陷、敬业精神缺乏、沟通协调能力不足等方面。解决这些问题的途径，从大学生自身来讲，应该充分调动主观能动性，全面提升自己的综合实力；就高校而言，应该对大学生加强教育，并且逐步完善大学生软实力培养体系；家庭、政府与社会等也都应该为大学生的全面发展，提供良好的环境和空间。因此，深入研究大学生“软实力”现状，从大学生自身、高校、家庭、政府与社会等角度探索提高当代大学生“软实力”的有效途径具有十分重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Since the concept of soft power was put forward, it has received extensive attention from all walks of life, and has been introduced and studied in many fields. The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy and increasingly fierce social competition.The current society needs both hard power and soft power, and they can promote each other and develop harmoniously with each other.Soft power and hard power together constitute the core competitiveness of talents, and play a more and more important role in it.The "soft power" of college students has become the key factor to realize personal value, participate in competition and finally achieve success.College students need some hard power, but also have appropriate soft power. The strength and weakness of "soft power" of students are directly related to the success, employment and success of college students.However, in reality, colleges and universities often ignore the cultivation of "soft power", and students themselves pay too much attention to the cultivation of hard power, such as their academic qualifications, certificates, professional skills, and so on, while neglecting the shaping of soft power.There are emotional, utilitarian and blind problems in college students' personal soft power, which are mainly reflected in the defects of ideological and moral accomplishment, lack of professionalism, insufficient ability of communication and coordination, and so on.In order to solve these problems, the college students themselves should fully mobilize their subjective initiative and improve their comprehensive strength; as far as colleges and universities are concerned, we should strengthen education for college students and gradually improve the cultivation system of college students' soft power.Family, government and society should also provide a good environment and space for the all-round development of college students.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to deeply study the present situation of "soft power" of college students and to explore the effective ways to improve the "soft power" of contemporary college students from the perspectives of college students themselves, universities, families, government and society.
