校园BBS用户的人际关系现状研究

【摘要】:互联网的迅速发展导致网络交往成为网民网络行为的重要组成部分。大学生作为对新鲜事物最敏感的人群,受网络的影响是深远而巨大的,人际关系已成为影响大学生发展的重要问题。校园网作为与学生、教师、学校生活最接近的网络交流平台,作为学习资源最丰富的远程学习平台,能够加强学生之间、学生与教师之间的沟通与共享,对大学生自身和学校的发展具有重要意义。本论文试图探讨校园BBS用户的人际关系现状,包括影响人际关系的发展过程、影响因素和结果,在描述现象的同时分析深层原因,为校园BBS和学习共同体建设提供思路。 本文共包括六个部分:第一部分是绪论,提出了本论文的背景和研究意义,对国内外的研究历史和不足进行了梳理,明确了本文的研究方法和研究内容。 第二部分对本论文中的相关概念做了界定,对校园BBS用户的人际关的构成、形成过程和特征进行理论探讨,为下文的问卷编制提供理论依据。 第三部分主要描述了问卷编制的过程,本论文采用自编问卷。为保证自编问卷的客观、有效性,该问卷进行了半结构化深度访谈、开放式问卷调查、预测、初测并形成正式问卷,最终进行正式测验的过程。 第四部分介绍了本论文问卷调查的案例,将问卷分别上传至湖南地区4所高校的BBS论坛,并在回收试卷后进行分析和整理工作。 第五部分是对问卷调查的结果进行分析,并得出结论:①校园BBS用户的现实人际关系和网络人际关系,在动机、形成和发展过程上均有差异;②在现实和网络人际关系的各个发展阶段,其影响因素各不相同;③现实人际关系和网络人际关系既对立又统一;④网络交往和现实交往之间的相互作用,有积极的方面也有消极的方面。由此本论文得出构建和谐人际关系的原则:平等、互利、适度和共情,以及利用校园BBS建构和谐人际关系的方法:良好的评价体系、合理地资源整合、融合的秩序和自由以及规避负面影响。 最后的结语部分主要对整个研究进行了概括总结,同时也指出了本论文的不足,以及对进一步研究的展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, network communication has become an important part of Internet users' behavior.As the most sensitive group to new things, college students are deeply and greatly influenced by the network, and interpersonal relationship has become an important issue affecting the development of college students.As the closest network communication platform to students, teachers and school life, as well as the most abundant learning resources, the campus network can enhance the communication and sharing among students, students and teachers.It is of great significance to the development of college students themselves and schools.This paper attempts to explore the current situation of interpersonal relationships of campus BBS users, including the development process, influencing factors and results of interpersonal relationships, and analyzes the underlying causes while describing the phenomena, providing ideas for the construction of campus BBS and learning community.This paper consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction, which puts forward the background and significance of this paper, combs the research history and deficiency at home and abroad, and clarifies the research methods and contents of this paper.The second part defines the related concepts in this paper, discusses the composition, formation process and characteristics of campus BBS user's interpersonal relationship, and provides the theoretical basis for the following questionnaire compilation.The third part mainly describes the process of compiling the questionnaire, this paper adopts self-designed questionnaire.In order to ensure the objectivity and validity of the questionnaire, the questionnaire conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews, an open questionnaire survey, a prediction, a first test and the formation of a formal questionnaire, the final formal test process.The fourth part introduces the case of this paper questionnaire, uploads the questionnaire to the BBS forum of 4 universities in Hunan area, and carries on the analysis and the collation work after collecting the examination paper.The fifth part is the analysis of the results of the questionnaire, and draws a conclusion that there are differences in motivation, formation and development of the actual interpersonal relationship and network interpersonal relationship of BBS users on campus.(2) in each stage of the development of reality and network interpersonal relationship, the influencing factors are different. 3 the interaction between realistic interpersonal relationship and network interpersonal relationship is not only opposite, but also unifying the interaction between network communication and real communication.There are positive and negative aspects.This paper draws the principles of constructing harmonious interpersonal relationship: equality, mutual benefit, moderation and empathy, and the method of using campus BBS to construct harmonious interpersonal relationship: a good evaluation system, reasonable integration of resources,Fusion of order and freedom and avoidance of negative effects.Finally, the conclusion summarizes the whole research, and points out the deficiency of this paper and the prospect of further research.
