女大学生创业观教育研究

【摘要】：我国目前处于社会主义和谐社会建设的关键时期,中国高等教育大众化步伐的日益加快,女大学毕业生就业难问题尤为严重。在国家和政府政策环境大力支持的情况下,许多女大学毕业生选择了自主创业。但是,严峻的就业形势、经济危机的爆发等不良因素给女大毕业生自主创业带来了严峻的挑战。本文主体分五个部分,第一部分是导论,介绍了本文选题的背景及研究价值、国内外研究综述和动态,研究方法与创新之处。第二部分对女大学生创业观教育的必要性及意义进行了探讨。本文首先指出创业观教育不仅是女大学生就业形势的迫切要求,也是马克思主义关于人的全面发展的必要要求,是国内外女性创业成功给予的启示,更是女大学生自身发展的必然要求。其次从缓解女大学生就业压力；培养坚强意志,健全女大学生人格；利于提高女性社会地位和促进女大学生高等教育发展,培养创业型高素质女性人才四个方面阐述了创业观教育的意义。第三部分对女大学生创业现状和困境及创业观教育存在的问题进行调查并加以分析。通过对湖南女子学院的实证调查,进一步认识和研究女大学生创业意愿的相关情况以及学院在创业观教育方面存在的问题。第四部分阐述了创业观教育的依据和内容。指出创业观教育是促进人类全面发展的需要；是争取男女平等、消除对女性歧视的需要；更是创建创新型国家、促进高等教育发展、解决女大学生就业难问题、促进女大学生个体全面发展的需要。创业观教育的内容主要主要包括能力训练、知识储备、品质养成等三个方面。第五部分是本文的重点。从改善政府宏观环境、规范学校中观环境、改变家庭微观环境等三个方面入手优化女大学生创业观教育的环境；借鉴国外女大学生创业观教育的成功做法；通过成才观、政治观、人生观、道德观、法制观教育来提高女大学生自我教育的能力等；探讨加强女大学生创业观教育的对策。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the key period of the construction of socialist harmonious society, the pace of popularization of higher education in China is speeding up day by day, the employment problem of female university graduates is especially serious.With strong support from the state and government policy environment, many female college graduates choose to start their own businesses.However, the severe employment situation, the outbreak of economic crisis and other adverse factors have brought severe challenges to female graduates.The main body of this paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, which introduces the background and research value of this topic, the domestic and foreign research review and dynamics, the research methods and innovations.The second part discusses the necessity and significance of female college students'entrepreneurship education.Firstly, this paper points out that entrepreneurship education is not only the urgent requirement of female college students' employment situation, but also the essential requirement of Marxism on the all-round development of human being, and it is also the inspiration of the success of female entrepreneurship both at home and abroad.It is also the inevitable requirement for the development of female college students themselves.Secondly, from relieving female college students' employment pressure, cultivating strong will and perfecting female college students' personality, it is helpful to improve women's social status and promote the development of female college students' higher education.This paper expounds the significance of entrepreneurship education in four aspects of cultivating entrepreneurial high-quality female talents.The third part investigates and analyzes the present situation and predicament of female college students' entrepreneurship and the problems existing in the education of entrepreneurship view.Through the empirical investigation of Hunan Women's College, the author further understands and studies the related situation of female college students' entrepreneurial willingness and the problems existing in the education of entrepreneurship view in the college.The fourth part expounds the basis and content of entrepreneurship education.It is pointed out that entrepreneurship education is the need to promote the all-round development of human beings, to strive for equality between men and women, to eliminate discrimination against women, to create an innovative country, to promote the development of higher education, and to solve the problem of employment difficulties for female college students.The need to promote the overall development of female college students.The content of entrepreneurship education mainly includes three aspects: ability training, knowledge reserve and quality cultivation.The fifth part is the focus of this paper.From three aspects: improving the macro environment of the government, standardizing the school meso environment and changing the micro environment of the family, we should optimize the environment of female college students' entrepreneurship education; learn from the successful practices of foreign female college students' entrepreneurship education;In order to improve the ability of self-education of female college students, the author probes into the countermeasures to strengthen the education of female college students' view of entrepreneurship.
