生活德育视域下的高校思想政治教育

【摘要】:生活道德教育的思想由来已久,国内外很多专家学者分别从不同方面、不同角度进行过阐述,并已被众多教育界专家所接受。随着时代的发展和科技的进步,国际国内形势风起云涌,这就要求高校思想政治教育要与时俱进。大学生是国家的未来,是社会发展的主力军,党和国家自从掌握政权的那一天起,就十分重视大学生的思想政治教育。新形势下认清高校思想政治工作的新情况,迎接新挑战,解决新问题,探索新路径,成为思想政治工作者一个不可推卸而意义深远的任务。生活道德教育为高校思想政治教育提供了新的视角,本文论述的高校思想政治教育只是广义上高校思想政治教育的一个方面,主要是其与高校德育重合的部分,即思想、政治和品德教育。生活道德教育就是道德教育生活化,真正的德育必须以生活为出发点和立足点,在生活过程中展开并最终回归生活的本源。那么如何生活化,高校思想政治教育以何为依托,怎样做到内容充实、形式新颖、过程生动,都是思想政治工作者面临的客观存在的任务。在学校道德教育日趋科学化、形式化的今天,生活德育对高校进行思想政治教育提供了非比寻常的视角和理念,因此科学渗透生活道德教育理念、实现高校思想政治教育创新对于增强高校思想政治教育的科学性显得尤其重要。 本文首先从生活道德教育对高校思想政治教育的指导意义入手,联系高校的实际情况,以及当代大学生的思想特点对高校思想政治教育的现状进行剖析,针对高校思想政治教育在实践层面存在的科学化、理想化和泛政治化的问题,试图分析其原因,其中包括多元文化的冲击,应试教育模式的毒害,德育目标要求同受教育者道德发展实际的矛盾。在肯定近年来高校思想政治教育在形式多样、体制健全、经验积累及大学生自我教育方面取得的成就的同时,试图找出解决问题的途径和方法,即包括指导思想上的坚持一元主导多样发展,载体上德性培养具体到日常生活的细节提升,内容上借鉴包括美国、法国、德国、日本在内的其他国家思想政治教育资源,目标上改善的具体方案,回归生活,重视学生基础德性的形成与发展,还有改变千校一面的单一目标为德育的多层次目标。以及最后进一步从家庭、校园、社会三个维度探讨净化道德教育环境的具体建议,家庭方面基于家庭状况、家庭经济及家庭教育三个方面的分析提出倡导建立学校与家庭的互动机制;学校方面从校风建设、校园经济及校园教育三方面提出优化方案;社会方面,倡导社会实体环境加强利用和改造,而虚拟的网络环境则从主流网站、网络活动和主动监管方面进行努力,倡导营造积极向上的道德教育环境,以期充实思想政治教育的内涵,使其焕发生机和活力,最终实现人的完整德性的发展。
[Abstract]:The thought of life moral education has a long history, many experts and scholars at home and abroad have elaborated it from different aspects and different angles, and have been accepted by many education experts.With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology, the international and domestic situation is surging, which requires ideological and political education in colleges and universities to keep pace with the times.College students are the future of the country and the main force of social development. The Party and the country have attached great importance to the ideological and political education of college students since the day they took power.In the new situation, it is an unshirkable and far-reaching task for ideological and political workers to recognize the new situation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, to meet new challenges, to solve new problems and to explore new ways.The moral education of life provides a new angle of view for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The ideological and political education in colleges and universities is only one aspect of ideological and political education in a broad sense, which is mainly the part that overlaps with moral education in colleges and universities, that is, thought.Political and moral educationLife moral education is the life of moral education, the real moral education must take life as the starting point and foothold, in the process of life and finally return to the origin of life.So how to adapt to life, how to rely on the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, how to enrich the content, form novel, vivid process, are the objective tasks that ideological and political workers are faced with.With the increasingly scientific and formalized moral education in schools, life moral education provides an unusual perspective and idea for ideological and political education in colleges and universities, so it permeates the concept of moral education in life scientifically.It is very important to realize the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper begins with the guiding significance of life moral education to ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the present situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in light of the actual situation of colleges and universities, as well as the ideological characteristics of contemporary college students.In view of the scientific, idealized and pan-politicized problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper tries to analyze its causes, including the impact of multiculturalism, the poison of examination-oriented education mode.The goal of moral education requires contradiction with the reality of the moral development of the educatee.While affirming the achievements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in various forms, sound systems, accumulated experience and self-education of college students in recent years, the author tries to find out the ways and methods to solve the problems.That is to say, the adherence to the guiding ideology leads to the development of diversity in a single element, the cultivation of virtue on the carrier is specific to the promotion of the details of daily life, and the content uses for reference the ideological and political education resources of other countries, including the United States, France, Germany, Japan, etc.The concrete plan of improving the goal, returning to life, paying attention to the formation and development of students' basic virtue, and changing the single goal of one side of thousand schools is the multi-level goal of moral education.And finally, from the three dimensions of family, campus and society, the concrete suggestions for purifying the moral education environment are discussed.
