大学生思想政治教育的分类指导研究

【摘要】:随着社会主义市场经济的发展和改革开放的不断深入,我国经济社会生活发生了深刻的变化,社会经济成分、组织方式、就业形式、分配办法和利益关系日趋多样化,反映到大学生的头脑中来,就不可避免地导致他们思想观念的多元化,对校园主流意识形态以及大学生自身价值观念的冲击和影响也就显得日益巨大和深刻。同时,随着高校后勤社会化改革的深化和完全学分制的实行,原先以年级和班级为基本单位、宿舍为单元的群体组合界线逐渐模糊,班级的概念逐渐淡化,学生宿舍日益成为学生生活和学习的重要场所。可以说,在当前高等教育集大众教育和精英教育任务于一身,思想政治教育师资力量远远不足以进行一对一深入指导的现状下,社会环境的变化、高校的深入改革和学分制的实施,对大学生思想政治教育工作提出了新的挑战。本文立足当前社会变革时期的现实和社会主义现代化建设的需要,以马克思主义、 毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,,按照科学发展观的要求,运用思想政治教育学的有关理论、原理,在总结、借鉴中国共产党大学生思想政治教育工作经验和做法的基础上,研究大学生思想政治教育的分类指导,深入剖析了因材施教和分类指导的涵义,结合当前现状,将因材施教作为强化大学生思想政治教育工作针对性和实效性的重要理念和依据,并以此尝试建构了以分类指导为重要手段的大学生思想政治教育和评估方案,以期改进当前的大学生思想政治教育。本文准确定位了“分类指导”的内涵,即“准确把握事物规律,正确引导发展方向”;正确把握了“分类指导”的关键,即“分类”的合理性和“指导”的科学性;深入剖析 了“分类指导”的难点,即学生成长成才愿景与大学生思想政治教育目标的统一;探索了“分类指导”的路径,即关注学生个体,作用特定群体,团体教育中分层引导,大学生学业生涯规划中分龄指导,个别服务中的个性教导,将思想政治教育贯穿于各种教育载体中,构建细而不乱、放而不粗、粗中有细的立体化教育网络;探索了分类指导的评估体系,尝试构建分类指导的过程评估机制、效果评估机制和信息反馈机制,强化评估体系督导作用,保障分类指导的科学性、有序性。
[Abstract]:With the development of socialist market economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, China's economic and social life has undergone profound changes.Reflected in the minds of college students, they inevitably lead to the diversity of their ideas, and the impact and impact on the mainstream ideology of campus as well as their own values are becoming increasingly huge and profound.At the same time, with the deepening of the reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities and the implementation of the complete credit system, the group combination boundaries of grade and class as the basic unit and the dormitory as the unit are gradually blurred, and the concept of class is gradually desalinated.Student dormitory is increasingly becoming an important place for students to live and study.It can be said that under the current situation where higher education is a combination of mass education and elite education, and the teaching staff of ideological and political education is far from sufficient to conduct one-to-one in-depth guidance, the social environment has changed.The further reform in colleges and universities and the implementation of the credit system have posed a new challenge to the ideological and political education of college students.Based on the reality of the current period of social change and the needs of socialist modernization construction, this paper bases on Marxism,Under the guidance of Mao Zedong's thought, Deng Xiaoping's theory and the important thought of "three represents," and in accordance with the requirements of the scientific concept of development, the relevant theories and principles of ideological and political education are used to sum up.Based on the experience and practice of college students' ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China, this paper studies the classification guidance of college students' ideological and political education, and deeply analyzes the meaning of teaching and classifying instruction according to their aptitude, combining with the present situation.As an important idea and basis to strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education, this paper attempts to construct a scheme of ideological and political education and evaluation of college students, which is based on the guidance of classification.In order to improve the current ideological and political education of college students.This paper accurately locates the connotation of "classification guidance", that is, "accurately grasping the law of things and guiding the direction of development", correctly grasping the key of "classification guidance", that is, the rationality of "classification" and the scientific nature of "guidance";This paper discusses the difficulties of "classified guidance", that is, the unity of students' vision of growing up and the goal of college students' ideological and political education, and explores the path of "classified guidance", that is, to pay attention to students' individual, to play a role in specific groups, and to guide them in group education.In college students' academic career planning, they are divided into age guidance, individualized teaching in individual service, ideological and political education is run through various educational carriers, building fine but not chaotic, loose but not coarse, coarse three-dimensional education network;This paper explores the evaluation system of classification guidance, tries to construct the process evaluation mechanism, effect evaluation mechanism and information feedback mechanism of classification guidance, strengthens the supervisory role of the evaluation system, and guarantees the scientific and orderly nature of classification guidance.
