“60后”大学生与“90后”大学生思想行为特征的比较分析

【摘要】:随着2008级大学生的入学,高校迎来了首批大规模的“90后”大学生,,他们已经逐渐代替“80后”成为当前高校的主流群体。他们经历了中国经济的快速增长和社会变革,随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐渐完善,他们的思想行为与建国初期的大学生、“60后”、“70后”乃至“80后”相比有了很大的变化,出现了新的特质和禀赋。正确认识教育对象和教育环境,及时准确地全面把握“90后”大学生的新特点,既是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育重要而紧迫的任务,也是增强大学生思想政治教育实效性和针对性的需要。 本文以“60后”大学生与“90后”大学生思想行为特征比较分析为对象。首先运用问卷调查、实地访谈和群体座谈等方式,以成都市十所大学为调查地点,对“90后”大学生在理想信念、公民道德、价值取向、爱国精神、学习态度和消费行为、恋爱行为、就业行为、休闲方式和学习方式等方面进行了调查和分析。其次,通过对“60后”大学生和“90后”大学生两者之间的思想行为特征的比较,探析改革开放30多年大学生的思想行为特征的变化。同时,面对这些变化,笔者提出了改进高校大学生思想政治教育的思路。笔者认为,通过积极构建新型的师生交流平台,加强网络文化建设,深化思想政治理论教学的改革,丰富大学生社会实践活动等措施,可以增强高校大学生思想政治教育的贴近性、时效性、针对性和现实性,实现高校大学生思想政治教育工作的与时俱进。
[Abstract]:With the entrance of 2008 students, colleges and universities have welcomed the first batch of post-90s students, they have gradually replaced the "post-80s" to become the mainstream group of colleges and universities.They have experienced rapid economic growth and social transformation in China. With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system, their ideological behavior and college students in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, "after 60,""after 70" and "after 80" compared with a great change, the emergence of new characteristics and endowment.It is an important and urgent task to correctly understand the educational object and educational environment and grasp the new characteristics of the post-90s college students in a timely and accurate manner, which is an important and urgent task to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students.It is also the need to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political education of college students.This paper focuses on the comparative analysis of the ideological and behavioral characteristics of post-60 and 90-year-old college students.First of all, by means of questionnaires, field interviews and group discussions, and taking ten universities in Chengdu as the survey site, this paper analyzes the post-90s college students' ideals and beliefs, civic morality, value orientation, patriotism, learning attitude and consumption behavior.Love behavior, employment behavior, leisure style and learning style were investigated and analyzed.Secondly, by comparing the ideological and behavioral characteristics between the post-1960s and post-90s college students, this paper explores the changes of the ideological and behavioral characteristics of the college students in more than 30 years of reform and opening up.At the same time, in the face of these changes, the author puts forward the idea of improving the ideological and political education of college students.The author believes that by actively constructing a new communication platform between teachers and students, strengthening the construction of network culture, deepening the reform of ideological and political theory teaching, enriching the social practice activities of college students and so on,It can enhance the closeness, timeliness, pertinence and reality of college students' ideological and political education, and realize the work of ideological and political education of college students to keep pace with the times.
