我国高等工程教育理念的探究

【摘要】:我国目前是世界工程建设大国,但却不是工程建设强国,这与我国科技人员创新能力不足有很大关系。导致这一问题的原因很多,其中的一个重要原因涉及高等工程教育领域,从根本上说是我国高等工程教育理念存在问题。 以往对工程教育存在问题的研究,只限于技术层面,缺乏对问题背后哲学本质的探讨,,本文基于当今我国高等工程教育发展过程中存在的问题,从工程教育理念出发,对高等工程教育进行分析,利用主导要素分析法梳理出随着工程教育历史的发展我国存在的几种主导的工程教育理念:民国时期的实用主义的工程教育理念、建国初期的技治主义的工程教育理念以及当前科学主义的工程教育理念。这几种工程教育理念的产生都有其时代背景,对当时乃至现在的工程教育都产生了重要的影响。论文最后认为,初见端倪的高等工程教育理念构建,主要是基于理想主义的技治科学主义多元理念、基于现实主义的科学技治主义多元理念和“自然-科技-社会”依存和作用的大工程理念,并从拔尖人才培养、卓越工程师计划和工程教育观的转型三方面做了具体的阐释。 工程教育理念是对高等工程教育的理性认识与哲学反思,它是从整体、系统和一般的角度思考我国高等工程教育中存在的问题。加强对我国高等工程教育理念的研究,既有利于校正高等工程教育中的偏差,又有利于促进高等工程教育的改革与发展。
[Abstract]:China is a large country in engineering construction in the world, but it is not a powerful country in engineering construction, which is related to the lack of innovation ability of Chinese scientific and technological personnel.There are many reasons leading to this problem, one of which is related to the field of higher engineering education, which is fundamentally due to the existence of problems in the concept of higher engineering education in China.In the past, the research on the existing problems of engineering education was limited to the technical level, lacking the discussion of the philosophical essence behind the problems. Based on the problems existing in the development of higher engineering education in our country, this paper starts from the concept of engineering education.This paper analyzes the higher engineering education, combs out several dominant engineering education ideas with the development of engineering education history: the practical engineering education idea of the Republic of China.At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the idea of engineering education of technocracy and the idea of engineering education of current scientism.The emergence of these engineering education concepts has its own background, and has had an important impact on the engineering education at that time and even now.Finally, the paper thinks that the construction of the idea of higher engineering education is mainly based on the idealistic pluralistic idea of science and technology.On the basis of the pluralistic concept of scientific technology and governance of realism and the big engineering idea of "nature, science, technology and society", this paper makes a concrete explanation from the following three aspects: the training of outstanding talents, the transformation of the excellent engineer plan and the view of engineering education.The concept of engineering education is a reflection on the rational understanding and philosophy of higher engineering education. It is a reflection on the problems existing in higher engineering education in China from the whole, systematic and general angles.Strengthening the research on the concept of higher engineering education in China is not only conducive to correcting the deviation in higher engineering education, but also conducive to promoting the reform and development of higher engineering education.
