对中国高等教育目标取向中工具理性的反思

【摘要】：教育目标之于教育领域的所有实践活动具有总的导向作用。本文认为当前我国高等教育领域出现的诸多问题与长期以来目标取向中的工具理性思想有深层的关联。因此,对中国高等教育改革发展进程中教育目标的价值取向进行反思,有助于我们进一步把握高等教育的本质,凝聚更多的共识与力量,从而促进中国高等教育按照自身逻辑健康发展。本文首先从教育目标概念的界定出发,分析论证了教育目标的指向问题,提出教育目标应当始终指向个体理想人格,而不是其他。其次,本文通过对中国高等教育目标取向的历史考察,划分了具有历史区分意义的四个不同阶段高等教育目标的价值取向,揭示了中国高等教育自发轫之初便受工具理性支配,在目标取向上将社会利益凌驾于个体人格之上,以人为本的价值理念被国家、社会乃至利益集团的政治、经济等方面的现实利益所挤兑从而日渐成为政治的附庸,经济的婢女,高等教育的本体价值和独立地位荡然无存。工具化的教育目标其最终结果必然是人由目的降格为手段。最后本文对未来中国高等教育价值取向提出了主张：高等教育应当将以人为本的理念落实并重新确认高等教育的本体价值,高等教育只有首先完成个体理想人格塑造,其社会价值才能彰显。
[Abstract]:The goal of education has a general guiding role in all the practical activities in the field of education. This article holds that the current problems in the field of higher education in China have a deep relationship with the long-term goal orientation. Therefore, the value orientation of the educational goals in the course of the reform and development of higher education in China is reconsidered. It will help us further grasp the essence of higher education and condense more consensus and strength, so as to promote the healthy development of Chinese higher education in accordance with its own logic.
Starting from the definition of the concept of educational goal, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the point of education goal, and puts forward that the goal of education should always point to the individual ideal personality, not the others. Secondly, through the historical investigation of the goal orientation of China's higher education, this paper divides the four different stages of higher education with historical significance. The value orientation of the target reveals that the Chinese higher education has been dominated by instrumental rationality at the beginning of the beginning of China's higher education, and overriding the social interests on the individual personality in the goal orientation. The people-oriented value concept has become the political vassal by the state, the political and economic interests of the society and even the interest groups. The noumenon value and independent status of higher education have disappeared. The ultimate result of the educational goal of the instrumentalism is that the goal of the higher education must be reduced as a means. Finally, this paper puts forward the proposition that the higher education in the future is the value orientation of higher education in China: the higher education should carry out the concept of people oriented and reconfirm the noumenon of higher education. Value, higher education only completes the shaping of individual ideal personality first, and its social value can be revealed.
