思想政治教育对指导大学生职业生涯规划的路径分析

【摘要】：当下,经济全球化以及世界政治格局多极化趋势日益明显,中国社会主义和谐社会建设也处在关键时期的新形势下,大学生群体作为建设社会的主力军群体,在高校教育体系中,思想政治教育和职业生涯规划对该群体的成长来说都具有极其重要的建设性意义,都是为促进大学生个体长远发展服务的,大学生职业生涯规划中潜藏着丰富的思想政治教育资源,充分运用思想政治教育开展职业生涯规划教育,是社会发展的迫切要求,也是新时期全方位开展大学生思想政治教育的现实需要。新时期的大学生思想和行为出现了许多新特点,大学生的新变化无疑是思想政治教育的新机遇和挑战,所以若仍沿用过去的老思路来施行思想政治教育,难以起到良好的效果。因此,为适应新形势发展的要求,深入研究大学生思想活动的新特点,探索思想政治教育对大学生职业生涯规划全面发展的规律和方法,成为当前大学生思想政治教育发展的重要任务。本文试图通过阐释高校职业生涯规划与思想政治教育的关系,分析当前高校职业生涯规划中思想政治教育运用和指导的状况,以探讨思想政治教育与大学生职业生涯规划有机互动的问题,实现思想政治教育对大学生职业生涯规划的有效性指导。本文运用文献综述、问卷调研的研究方法,本着理论与实践相结合的原则,试图以大学生全面发展为目的,研究思想政治教育对大学生职业生涯规划的指导作用,创新思想政治教育体系。通过此次的研究所得出的科学数据进行分析,从而发现问题、分析问题,探讨实现高校职业生涯规划教育中思想政治教育有效指导性的对策,进而提出针对性的可行性意见以供现实参考。
[Abstract]:At present, the trend of economic globalization and multipolarization of world political pattern is increasingly obvious, and the construction of China's socialist harmonious society is also in the new situation of the key period. College students are the main force groups in the construction of the society. In the education system of colleges and universities, ideological and political education and career planning are of extremely important and constructive significance for the growth of this group, and both serve to promote the long-term development of college students. There are abundant resources of ideological and political education hidden in college students' career planning. It is an urgent requirement of social development to make full use of ideological and political education to carry out career planning education. It is also the realistic need of carrying out the ideological and political education of college students in all aspects in the new period. There are many new characteristics of college students' thoughts and behaviors in the new period, and the new changes of college students are undoubtedly the new opportunities and challenges of ideological and political education. Therefore, it is difficult to carry out ideological and political education with the same old ideas as used in the past. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of the development of the new situation, to deeply study the new characteristics of college students' ideological activities, to explore the law and methods of the comprehensive development of ideological and political education for college students' career planning. It has become an important task for the development of college students' ideological and political education. This paper attempts to explain the relationship between college career planning and ideological and political education, and to analyze the application and guidance of ideological and political education in the current career planning of colleges and universities. In order to explore the organic interaction between ideological and political education and college students' career planning, the effective guidance of ideological and political education for college students' career planning can be realized. Based on the principle of combining theory with practice, this paper attempts to study the guiding effect of ideological and political education on the career planning of college students by means of literature review and questionnaire investigation. To innovate the ideological and political education system. Through the analysis of the scientific data obtained from this research, we can find out the problems, analyze the problems, and explore the effective guiding countermeasures to realize the ideological and political education in the career planning education of colleges and universities. And then put forward targeted feasibility advice for practical reference.
