社会工作方法在大学生思想政治教育中的运用

【摘要】：随着我国社会发展的转型,大学生思想政治教育工作面临的形势出现了新变化。大学生在学业、人际交往和适应社会生活能力等方面出现许多问题,因而,不失时机地引入现代专业社会工作方法,逐步改变传统的以思想政治教育为主导、集体管理的学生工作模式,卓有成效地开展大学生思想政治教育是完全有必要的。特别是其助人自助的价值理念和科学、专业的工作方法对于大学生思想政治教育坚持和落实以人为本,提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性、针对性具有借鉴意义。本文以马克思主义基本理论为指导,综合运用社会学、心理学等学科的相关理论,对“社会工作方法在大学生思想政治教育中的运用”这一课题进行了初步探讨。全文共分为四部分,第一部分,对社会工作和思想政治教育的核心概念进行阐述；第二部分,论述在大学生思想政治教育中运用社会工作方法的必要性,是解决目前大学生思想政治教育存在问题的要求,是加强和改进新时期大学生思想政治教育的要求,既而是促进大学生全面发展的要求；第三部分,论证在大学生思想政治教育中运用社会工作方法的可行性,回答了“为什么社会工作方法可以运用于大学生思想政治教育”的问题。本文认为,社会工作与思想政治教育的相通性为在大学生思想政治教育中运用社会工作方法提供了基本前提。国外和我国港台地区学校社会工作的发展为在大学生思想政治教育中运用社会工作方法提供了有益借鉴。我国社会工作的实践探索为在大学生思想政治教育中运用社会工作方法积累了一定经验；第四部分,从两个方面探讨社会工作方法在大学生思想政治教育中的具体运用。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of our country's social development, the situation of ideological and political education for college students has changed. College students have many problems in their studies, interpersonal communication and their ability to adapt to social life. Therefore, they have lost no time in introducing modern professional social work methods and gradually changing the traditional ideological and political education. It is necessary to carry out ideological and political education of college students effectively in the mode of collective management. Especially its value concept and science of helping others to help themselves, professional work methods for the ideological and political education of college students adhere to and implement people-oriented, improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students, targeted reference significance. Guided by the basic theory of Marxism, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the application of social work methods in the ideological and political education of college students by synthetically applying the relevant theories of sociology and psychology. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part expounds the core concepts of social work and ideological and political education, the second part discusses the necessity of using social work methods in the ideological and political education of college students. It is the requirement of solving the problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students at present, the requirement of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students in the new period, and the requirement of promoting the all-round development of college students. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of applying the social work method to the ideological and political education of college students, and answers the question of why the social work method can be applied to the ideological and political education of college students. This paper holds that the compatibility between social work and ideological and political education provides a basic prerequisite for the application of social work methods in the ideological and political education of college students. The development of school social work abroad and in Hong Kong and Taiwan provides a useful reference for the application of social work methods in the ideological and political education of college students. The practical exploration of social work in our country has accumulated some experience for the application of social work method in the ideological and political education of college students. The fourth part discusses the concrete application of the social work method in the ideological and political education of college students from two aspects.
