当代大学生和谐人格构建的价值思考及策略研究

【摘要】:党的十六届六中全会指出当今和今后一个时期我国一个重要目标和任务是建设社会主义和谐社会,在构建和谐社会中实现人自身的和谐至关重要,决定着和谐社会建设的成与败,而人的和谐主要体现为人格的和谐。许多专家学者认为,,和谐的人格是指个人自身各要素的和谐、个人与社会的和谐、个人与自然的和谐,和谐的人格是和谐社会建设的必然要求。在社会主义和谐社会的建设中,当代大学生是优质群体,是骨干力量,承载着社会建设的重任,当代大学生人格是否和谐直接关系到社会未来的发展和建设。然而随着我国改革开放事业的不断深入,市场经济的飞速发展,社会变革呈现多元化的格局,当代大学生的人格特点已经显现出不同于上世纪下半叶大学生的人格特点。越来越多的大学生逐渐迷失自我,价值观开始动摇,思想意识开始冲突,评判标准开始错乱,道德意识开始滑坡,心理问题开始滋生,行为举止开始偏差,他们的人格处于失衡状态、不和谐状态。当代大学生人格中存在的种种不和谐问题严重影响了大学生自身的健康成长、高校育人目标的实现以及和谐社会的建设,因此,很多教育专家开始重视大学生人格教育研究,并积极探索培养大学生和谐人格的有效途径,当代大学生的人格教育已被推倒了高等教育的前沿。 要想培育当代大学生和谐的人格,首先要了解当代大学生人格不和谐的现状。笔者经过实地调查得知,当前,我国存在不同程度人格问题的当代大学生群体已占高校学生总数的一半左右,主要表现为自身人格冲突,与社会相处困难,与自然相处不和谐。其原因主要来自四个方面:个人因素、家庭环境、高校教育、社会环境。当代大学生人格存在的种种问题已成为各高校学生教育的普遍问题,随着和谐社会建设的提出,构建当代大学生和谐人格已成为社会、高校工作不可忽视的重要内容。因此,构建当代大学生和谐人格具有一定的现实价值,它不仅是个体的需要,也是高等教育的需要,更是和谐社会建设的需要。但由于种种原因,很多高校虽然清楚大学生人格存在的问题,也试图围绕人格培养做了许多工作,如完善心理教育机构、开展各种实践活动、举办各类成长讲座等,但成效都不是很显著,其中一个重要原因就是没有建立一个完善、科学的有效途径。所以,如何在社会、高校建立一套完善的人格培养途径,是亟待解决的重要问题。本论文在分析了当代大学生人格不和谐现象以及产生此问题的原因后,全面阐释了当代大学生构建和谐人格的现实价值,把构建当代大学生和谐人格这一重任提高到了战略高度,最后又明确的指出构建当代大学生和谐人格的有效目标和具体策略,对我国高校学生思想政治教育工作具有一定的参考价值。 本文总共分为五个部分:第一部分为引言,对本次研究的背景和意义和国内为研究现状进行了介绍,并对本文的研究方法和创新之处进行了说明。当代大学生不和谐人格的表现越来越突出,已引起了国内外教育者的高度重视,并对和谐人格问题开展了一系列的研究,取得了初步成效。笔者在前人研究的基础上,结合多年来的工作实践和感悟,对当代大学生和谐人格构建的现实价值和具体策略,作了更深入的分析和阐述。第二部对和谐人格作了理论阐释,包括和谐人格的概念解读、和谐人格的思想基础、和谐人格的哲学意蕴、和谐人格的基本特征。第三部分是对当代大学生人格现状和原因进行了分析。首先分析了当代大学生和谐人格的特征以及当代大学生群体人格的现状。经调查得出,当代大学生大部分存在着人格不和谐问题,并列举了不和谐人格的表现,在此基础上剖析了具体原因。第四部主要探讨了当代大学生和谐人格构建的现实价值。当代大学生和谐人格的构建既是大学生个体发展的需要,也是高等教育发展的需要,更是建设和谐社会的需要。第五部分明确当代大学生和谐人格构建的目标,根据当代大学生和谐人格发展现状提出有针对性的具体策略。
[Abstract]:In the sixth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, the Party pointed out that one of the important goals and tasks of our country today and in the future is to build a socialist harmonious society and to realize human harmony in the construction of a harmonious society, which determines the success and failure of a harmonious society, and the harmony of human beings is mainly embodied in the harmony of personality. The harmonious personality refers to the harmony of the individual elements, the harmony between individual and society, the harmony between individual and nature, and the harmonious personality is the necessary requirement for the construction of harmonious society. In the construction of a socialist harmonious society, the contemporary college students are the quality group, the backbone force, the responsibility of the social construction, and the personality of the contemporary college students. Harmony is directly related to the future development and construction of the society. However, with the continuous deepening of the cause of reform and opening to the outside world, the rapid development of the market economy, the social change presents a diversified pattern. The personality characteristics of the contemporary college students have appeared different from the personality characteristics of the university students in the second half of the last century. More and more college students are gradually obsessed with their personality. Loss of self, values began to shake, ideological consciousness began to conflict, judgment standards began to disorderly, moral consciousness began to decline, psychological problems began to grow, behavior began to deviate, their personality was in a state of disharmony, disharmony in the personality of contemporary college students seriously affected the health of college students themselves health. With the growth of Kang, the realization of the goal of educating people in universities and the construction of a harmonious society, many educational experts began to attach importance to the study of College Students' personality education, and actively explored the effective ways to cultivate the harmonious personality of college students. The personality education of contemporary college students has been pushed down the frontier of higher education.
In order to cultivate the harmonious personality of contemporary college students, first of all, we must understand the present situation of the disharmony of the personality of the contemporary university students. Through the field investigation, I know that at present, the current college students of different degrees of personality have accounted for about half of the total number of college students, and the main form is their own personality conflict, and the difficulty of getting along with the society. There are four main reasons: personal factors, family environment, college education, social environment. The problems of contemporary college students' personality have become common problems in college students' education. With the construction of harmonious society, the construction of harmonious personality of contemporary big students has become a society, and the work of colleges and Universities can not be ignored. Therefore, the construction of contemporary college students' harmonious personality has a certain practical value. It is not only the need of individual, but also the need of higher education, but also the need for the construction of harmonious society. However, for a variety of reasons, many colleges and universities have made a lot of work around the personality cultivation, although they know the problem of the existence of College Students' personality. Such as perfecting psychological education institutions, carrying out various practical activities, holding various kinds of growth lectures, but the results are not very significant, one of the important reasons is not to establish a perfect, scientific and effective way. Therefore, how to establish a set of perfect ways of personality cultivation in the society and universities is an important problem to be solved urgently. After analyzing the disharmony of the contemporary college students and the reasons for the problem, it explains the realistic value of constructing the harmonious personality of the contemporary college students, and raises the task of constructing the harmonious personality of the contemporary college students to the strategic height. Finally, it clearly points out the effective goal and concrete of the construction of the harmonious personality of the university students. The strategy has a certain reference value for the ideological and political education of college students in China.
This article is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the study and the status of the research in China, and explains the research methods and innovation of this article. The performance of the disharmonious personality of the contemporary college students is becoming more and more prominent, which has attracted the high attention of the educators both at home and abroad, and the harmony is harmonious. On the basis of previous studies, the author makes a more in-depth analysis and exposition of the realistic value and specific strategies of the construction of contemporary college students' harmonious personality on the basis of the previous study and the experience of many years. The second part has made a theoretical explanation of the harmonious personality, including the harmonious personality. The third part is the analysis of the present situation and reasons of the contemporary college students' personality and the present situation of the contemporary college students' personality. There are some problems of personality disharmony, and the performance of disharmonious personality is enumerated, and the concrete reasons are analyzed on this basis. The fourth part mainly discusses the realistic value of constructing harmonious personality of contemporary college students. The needs of building a harmonious society. The fifth part clarifies the goal of constructing the contemporary college students' harmonious personality, and puts forward specific specific strategies according to the present situation of the harmonious personality development of the contemporary college students.
