加强高校艺术团在大学生思想政治教育中的作用研究

【摘要】：高校艺术团是大学生思想政治教育的重要载体。加强高校艺术团在思想政治教育的作用,有利于大学生全面发展,有利于加强大学生思想政治教育的渗透力和影响力,有利于提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性。高校艺术团和思想政治教育具有目的一致性和渗透互补性。思想政治教育为高校艺术团建设提供思想保证。高校艺术团是思想政治教育活动的“实施者”和“受益者”,艺术团活动是思想政治教育活动的主客体互动的方式。高校艺术团用寓教于乐的方式,潜移默化的对学生起到导向和启迪、激励和熏陶、凝聚和辐射、传播和创新等积极作用。然而由于认识不足,艺术教师和艺术团团员的管理制度不完善等原因,造成了目前艺术团资金短缺,硬件条件、师资力量不足,团员水平差异、流动性大等问题,大大束缚了艺术团的发展和其在大学生思想政治教育中作用的发挥。为保证高校艺术团在大学生思想政治教育中作用的发挥,应该从提高认识,为艺术团提供物质保障,加强艺术团教师队伍建设,完善艺术团管理体制,提升艺术团活动内涵,扩大艺术团影响力等方面着手努力,从而充分发挥出高校艺术团的思想政治教育作用,开辟出新形势下大学生思想政治教育的新途径。参考文献42篇。
[Abstract]:College Art Troupe is an important carrier of Ideological and political education for college students. Strengthening the role of College Art Troupe in Ideological and political education is conducive to the overall development of college students, is conducive to strengthening the penetration and influence of Ideological and political education of college students, and is conducive to improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. The ideological and political education provides ideological guarantee for the construction of College Art Troupe. The art troupe is the "implementer" and "beneficiary" of the ideological and political education activities. The activities of the art group are the mode of interaction between the subject and the object of the ideological and political education activities. Because of the lack of knowledge, the imperfect management system of art teachers and group members, it causes the shortage of funds, the conditions of the hardware, the shortage of teachers, the differences in the level of the league members, the large liquidity and so on. In order to ensure the role of the College Art Troupe in Ideological and political education, we should improve the understanding, provide material guarantee for the art troupe, strengthen the construction of the art troupe, improve the management system of the art troupe, and improve the art troupe. In order to make full use of the ideological and political education role of the University Art Troupe and open up a new way for the ideological and political education of College Students under the new situation, 42 references are made.
