【摘要】：高校研究生思想政治教育是研究生教育的重要组成部分,在研究生的全面培养中具有不可替代的作用。当前,江西省高校对研究生思想政治教育工作日趋关注,但在针对性和实效性方面存在一定的问题,需要从理论和实践的不同层面予以解决。本论文主要分三部分内容：一是江西省高校研究生思想政治教育工作的现状分析。通过实地问卷调查、访谈、查阅资料,定量和定性分析研究生思想道德现状,了解研究生对思想政治教育的特殊需求,找出研究生思想政治教育存在的问题。二是探讨研究生思想政治教育工作存在问题产生的原因。主要对社会大环境、我国高等教育事业改革和发展状况、研究生自身因素的综合影响进行了较为深入的分析。三是提出加强和改进江西省高校研究生思想政治教育工作的对策。主要从高校研究生思想政治教育的观念、内容、队伍建设、方法途径等方面进行较为全面的论述,并在此基础上有针对性地提出了一系列改进措施。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is an important part of graduate education and plays an irreplaceable role in the overall cultivation of graduate students. At present, colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province pay more and more attention to the ideological and political education of postgraduates, but there are some problems in the aspects of pertinence and effectiveness, which need to be solved from different aspects of theory and practice. This thesis is divided into three parts: first, the current situation of ideological and political education of graduate students in Jiangxi Province. Through the field questionnaire, interview, reference materials, quantitative and qualitative analysis of graduate students' ideological and moral status, to understand the special needs of postgraduate ideological and political education, to find out the problems of postgraduate ideological and political education. The second is to explore the causes of the problems in the ideological and political education of graduate students. This paper mainly analyzes the social environment, the reform and development of higher education in China, and the comprehensive influence of graduate students' own factors. The third is to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of graduate students in Jiangxi Province. This paper mainly discusses the concept, content, team construction and methods of ideological and political education of postgraduates in colleges and universities, and puts forward a series of improvement measures.
