【摘要】：加强大学生法律意识教育，需要从分析法律意识的内涵和结构入手，明确法律意识是由法律情感、法律认知和法律理念等部分构成，进而确立大学生法律意识教育的目标内涵是塑造大学生的理性法律意识。在依法治国的今天，以邓小平法制教育思想为指导，加强大学生法律意识教育具有重要的意义。邓小平法制教育思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分，是具有中国特色、并为实践所证明的先进理论，也是大学生法律意识教育的指导思想和理论基石。邓小平法制教育思想的科学性质和重要地位，高等院校教育的社会主义性质和内在要求，当代大学生的法律意识现状以及法律意识教育的性质和任务，这些都决定了在大学生法律意识教育中融入邓小平法制教育思想的客观必要性。同时也为我们进行大学生法律意识教育提供了理论支持。本文立足于邓小平法制教育思想的研究，通过对邓小平法制教育思想主要内容和大学生法律意识教育主要内容的阐述，并对邓小平法制教育思想与大学生法律意识教育的关系进行梳理，在总结了我国大学生法律意识教育的历史发展，分析了当前高校大学生法律意识教育的现状及存在的问题后，找到以邓小平法制教育思想为指导，，加强大学生法律意识教育的基本途径。
[Abstract]:To strengthen the legal consciousness education of college students, we should start with the analysis of the connotation and structure of the legal consciousness, and make it clear that the legal consciousness is composed of the legal emotion, the legal cognition and the legal idea, etc. The aim of the legal consciousness education for college students is to shape the rational legal consciousness of college students. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's thought of legal education, it is of great significance to strengthen the legal consciousness education of college students. Deng Xiaoping's thought of legal education is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory. It is an advanced theory with Chinese characteristics and proved by practice. It is also the guiding ideology and theoretical cornerstone of college students' legal consciousness education. The scientific nature and important status of Deng Xiaoping's legal education thought, the socialist nature and internal requirements of higher education, the present situation of legal consciousness of contemporary college students, the nature and task of legal consciousness education, All these determine the objective necessity of integrating Deng Xiaoping's legal education thought into the legal consciousness education of college students. At the same time, it also provides theoretical support for the legal consciousness education of college students. Based on the study of Deng Xiaoping's legal education thought, this paper expounds the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's legal education thought and the main content of college students' legal consciousness education. The relationship between Deng Xiaoping's legal education thought and the legal consciousness education of college students is analyzed. After summarizing the historical development of the legal consciousness education of college students in China, the author analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the legal consciousness education for college students. To find the basic way to strengthen the legal consciousness education of college students under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's thought of legal education.
