大学生网络思想政治教育预警机制研究

【摘要】：随着互联网技术在中国的应用与普及，中国的网民数量急剧膨胀，在校大学生更成为互联网的忠实粉丝。基于大学生与互联网之间的密切关系，高校思想政治教育工作者对网络环境下的大学生思想政治教育进行了积极的研究并将其发展、概括为“大学生网络思想政治教育”，即通过网上虚拟社区的教育活动与网下的教育活动相配合，共同促进大学生形成符合社会发展要求的思想观念、政治观点、道德规范的教育实践活动。大学生网络思想政治教育体系是一个不断完善和发展的过程，它需要随着时代的发展不断补充新的能量。而作为危机管理学重要理论之一的预警机制对于解决大学生网络思想政治教育过程中遇到的实际问题具有深远的意义，二者的结合必然会促进大学生网络思想政治教育的再发展。所以，本文提出在相关理论基础之上积极构建大学生网络思想政治教育的预警机制。为了构建健全、完善的大学生网络思想政治教育预警机制，笔者进一步深入、透彻地理解其现实意义，并深刻分析存在的实际问题。在此基础之上，笔者尝试性构建由搜集、研判、控制和联动四个相互衔接、相互配合的机制组成的预警机制系统。在大学生网络思想政治教育的预警机制构建过程中，始终以联动中心为纽带，，以广大在校师生为主体，以现代互联网络技术为支撑，以合理合法的制度、规范为保障，遵循原则，注重方法，有效的把网上虚拟社区和网下校园生活紧密结合，从而达到培养健康、全面发展的大学生和构建平安、和谐校园的目的。
[Abstract]:With the application and popularization of Internet technology in China, the number of Internet users in China has expanded rapidly, and college students have become loyal fans of the Internet. Based on the close relationship between the college students and the Internet, the ideological and political education workers of colleges and universities have carried on the positive research to the ideological and political education of the university students under the network environment, and summarized it as "the ideological and political education of the university students' network". That is, through the online virtual community education activities and offline educational activities to promote the formation of college students to meet the needs of social development of ideological ideas, political views, moral norms of educational practice. The network ideological and political education system of college students is a process of continuous improvement and development, which needs to replenish new energy with the development of the times. As one of the important theories of crisis management, the early-warning mechanism has far-reaching significance for solving the practical problems encountered in the process of ideological and political education for college students. The combination of the two will inevitably promote the redevelopment of the ideological and political education of college students. Therefore, this paper puts forward the early warning mechanism of network ideological and political education for college students on the basis of relevant theories. In order to set up a sound and perfect early warning mechanism of ideological and political education for college students, the author deeply and thoroughly understands its practical significance and deeply analyzes the existing practical problems. On this basis, the author tries to construct an early warning mechanism system which consists of four mechanisms: collection, judgment, control and linkage. In the course of constructing the early-warning mechanism of ideological and political education on the network of college students, the linkage center is always taken as the link, the majority of teachers and students are taken as the main body, the modern Internet technology is taken as the support, the reasonable and legal system is taken as the guarantee, and the norm is taken as the guarantee. Follow the principles, pay attention to methods, effectively combine the online virtual community and offline campus life, so as to cultivate healthy, all-round development of college students and the goal of building a safe and harmonious campus.
