【摘要】：当前,随着时代的发展和社会的进步,对大学生提出了越来越高的要求。为了进一步加强对大学生的管理,提高大学生的素质,增强大学生的社会适应能力,党和政府高度重视对大学生综合素质的培养。2004年中共中央、国务院发布的《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》中就指出,为了适应新形势、新任务的要求,全面提高大学生的思想政治素质,促进大学生的全面发展,对加强大学生思想政治教育素质提出了宝贵意见。但是,在日常生活中我们发现大学生在一些方面还存在着素质不高的情况。因此,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,不断提高大学生思想政治教育素质刻不容缓,具有重要的理论和现实意义。然而,提高大学生思想政治教育素质又离不开思想政治教育管理载体的保障。到目前为止,许多专家学者对思想政治教育管理载体进行了研究,初步形成了管理载体的理论体系。但是总体来说,当前的研究还很不完善,尤其是专门针对大学生思想政治教育管理载体的研究还非常少,需要对大学生思想政治教育管理载体进行更深层的研究。本文的主要内容主要分为以下几个方面。第一,绪论。主要包括论文的选题依据及选题意义;国内外研究现状;论文结构及创新点。第二,大学生思想政治教育管理载体基本理论概述。包括大学生思想政治教育管理载体的涵义以及与之相关的概念以及它的类型和理论基础。第三,大学生思想政治教育管理载体的功能。第四,大学生思想政治教育管理载体的运用现状。包括大学生思想政治教育管理载体取得成绩、存在问题及原因分析。第五,改进大学生思想政治教育管理载体的措施。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of the times and the progress of society, higher and higher demands have been put forward to college students. In order to further strengthen the management of college students, improve the quality of college students and enhance their ability to adapt to society, the Party and the government attach great importance to the cultivation of comprehensive qualities of college students. In the opinions on further strengthening and improving College students' ideological and political Education issued by the State Council, it is pointed out that in order to meet the requirements of the new situation and new tasks, the ideological and political quality of college students should be comprehensively improved and the all-round development of college students should be promoted. Some valuable suggestions are put forward to strengthen the quality of ideological and political education of college students. However, in our daily life, we find that college students still have low quality in some aspects. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students and to continuously improve the quality of ideological and political education of college students. However, the improvement of college students' ideological and political education quality can not be separated from the guarantee of ideological and political education management carrier. Up to now, many experts and scholars have carried on the research to the ideological and political education management carrier, and formed the theory system of the management carrier. But on the whole, the current research is not perfect, especially for the ideological and political education management carrier research is still very few, the need to carry out a deeper study of ideological and political education management carrier of college students. The main content of this paper is divided into the following aspects. First, introduction. It mainly includes the selection basis and significance of the thesis, the current research situation at home and abroad, the structure and innovation of the thesis. Second, the basic theory of ideological and political education management carrier. Including the meaning of ideological and political education management carrier, related concepts, its types and theoretical basis. Third, the function of college students' ideological and political education management carrier. Fourth, the application of ideological and political education management carrier. Including college students ideological and political education management carrier achievements, problems and reasons. Fifth, the measures to improve the management carrier of college students' ideological and political education.
