【摘要】:论文以当前我国高校联考制度为研究对象,按照历史考察与国际借鉴相结合、宏观阐述与微观剖析相结合、理论分析与实践例证相结合的研究思路,既从宏观上和理论上分析了高校自主招生联考的发展脉络和本质,又从微观上对高校联考利益相关者进行考察,把握高校联考的实际效用、社会影响及发展困境,力求全面把握联考改革的发展方向,以期为改革的完善提供理论依据和实践创意。 首先,对我国高校联考制度的历史流变进行了梳理。运用文献法考察了民国中期的“联合招生”,建国初期的“联合考试”,以及当前出现的“大学联考”,认为高校联考制度的出现绝非偶然,其背后有考试发展的客观规律起作用。同时,对三个时期的“联考”进行了比较,其所指并非完全一致,当前的高水平大学自主招生联考与以往的大学“联考”有极大的不同。 其次,根据利益相关者理论的思想与方法,讨论了自主招生联考制度产生与变迁过程中,政府、高校、高中以及考生等利益相关者之间相同的、不同的利益诉求,分析了他们之间的博弈行为。探析高校联考制度的社会影响和社会心理,检验其有效性,揭示高校联考本身及其实施中存在的问题。 再次,对英、美、日三国,以及我国台湾地区的高校招生制度进行了简要的历史考察和分析,以期探寻国际间高校招生变化之趋势和有益经验,审视高等教育大众化、办学自主权落实和扩大背景下有效的高校招生模式。 最后,就我国高校联考制度的发展方向展开讨论,重点分析了高校联考制度如何“摆正位置”,处理好与自主招生、统一高考、高校教学之间的关系。认为高校联考制度应坚持科学、公平、渐进、系统的原则,并提出了具体建议。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the current joint examination system of colleges and universities in our country as the research object, combines the historical investigation with the international reference, the macroscopic elaboration and the microscopic analysis, the theory analysis and the practice example unifies the research train of thought. Not only from the macroscopic and theoretical point of view, this paper analyzes the development thread and essence of the independent entrance examination in colleges and universities, but also investigates the stakeholders of the joint entrance examination from the micro perspective, so as to grasp the actual utility, social impact and development dilemma of the joint entrance examination in colleges and universities. Try to grasp the development direction of the joint examination reform in an all-round way in order to provide theoretical basis and practical creativity for the perfection of the reform. First of all, the historical evolution of the joint examination system of colleges and universities in China has been combed. This paper uses the literature method to investigate the "joint enrollment" in the middle period of the Republic of China, the "joint examination" in the early period of the founding of the people's Republic of China, and the present "joint university examination". It is considered that the emergence of the joint examination system in colleges and universities is no accident. Behind it is the objective law of examination development. At the same time, this paper compares the "joint entrance examination" in three periods, and its reference is not exactly the same, and the current high-level university independent entrance examination is very different from the previous "joint entrance examination". Secondly, according to the thought and method of stakeholder theory, this paper discusses the same and different interest demands among the stakeholders such as government, university, senior high school and examinee in the process of the emergence and change of the independent entrance examination system, such as government, university, senior high school and examinee, etc. The game behavior between them is analyzed. This paper probes into the social influence and social psychology of the joint examination system in colleges and universities, tests its validity, and reveals the problems existing in the implementation of the joint examination system in colleges and universities. Thirdly, this paper makes a brief historical investigation and analysis of the enrollment system of universities in Britain, the United States, Japan and Taiwan, in order to explore the trend and beneficial experience of the international university enrollment, and examine the popularization of higher education. The effective enrollment mode of colleges and universities under the background of implementing and expanding the autonomy of running a school. Finally, the paper discusses the developing direction of the joint examination system in colleges and universities in our country, and analyzes emphatically how the joint examination system of colleges and universities is "in the right position" to deal with the relationship between college entrance examination and independent enrollment, unifying the college entrance examination and teaching in colleges and universities. This paper points out that the joint examination system of colleges and universities should adhere to the principles of science, fairness, gradual progress and system, and puts forward some concrete suggestions.
