和谐社会构建中的大学生就业问题研究

【摘要】：构建社会主义和谐社会是我们党和国家的奋斗目标。目前，我国正处于构建社会主义和谐社会的关键时期，这就要求加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设。而就业是民生之本，重中之重。但是，近年来，包括大学生在内的我国整体就业形势十分严峻，尤其大学生作为受过高等教育的特殊群体，其就业问题更加备受社会关注。因此，以正在构建中的和谐社会为背景依托，对大学生就业问题进行深入系统的探讨和研究，具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。本文以和谐社会建设为背景、以大学生为研究对象，以就业问题为研究内容，综合运用文献资料法、经验总结法、比较研究法等方法对大学生就业的相关问题进行了论述。论文具体分为四大部分。第一部分是绪论，主要阐述了课题的来源，梳理了国内外学术界对大学生就业问题的研究现状，明确了论文的研究思路；第二部分主要对论文涉及到的相关基础理论问题进行了探讨和研究。这一部分对和谐、和谐社会、大学生就业等相关概念进行了界定，对和谐社会与大学生就业二者之间的关系进行了探讨，对大学生的就业现状进行了分析；第三部分，主要对目前大学生就业存在的主要问题及其原因进行了分析。论文在提出问题的基础上，重点从国家整体就业形势、就业市场不完善、高校改革不彻底、大学生个人素质不高等四个方面对其原因进行追溯分析；第四部分，针对上述问题和原因，，论文有针对性地从国家宏观调控、完善就业市场、深化高等教育改革、提高个人素质等四个方面探讨了解决大学生就业问题的有效措施。重点部分是第三部分和第四部分。经过分析和研究，本论文的结论是：只有国家、高校、社会以及大学生个人共同努力，相互协调，形成和谐的就业环境，才能真正解决大学生就业问题，才能促进社会主义和谐社会的建设。
[Abstract]:Building a harmonious socialist society is the goal of our party and country. At present, our country is in the key period of building a harmonious socialist society, which requires speeding up the social construction focusing on improving the people's livelihood. Employment is the basis of people's livelihood, the top priority. However, in recent years, the overall employment situation of our country, including college students, is very severe. Especially, as a special group with higher education, the employment problem of college students is paid more attention by the society. Therefore, based on the background of a harmonious society under construction, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore and study the employment problem of college students in depth and systematically. This article takes the harmonious society construction as the background, takes the university student as the research object, regarding the employment question as the research content, synthetically uses the literature material method, the experience summary method, the comparative research method and so on the method has carried on the discussion to the university student employment related question. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the source of the subject, combed the domestic and foreign academic circles to the university student employment question research present situation, has clarified the thesis research mentality; The second part mainly discusses and studies the related basic theory problems involved in the thesis. This part defines the concepts of harmony, harmonious society and employment of college students, discusses the relationship between harmonious society and employment of college students, and analyzes the present situation of employment of college students. This paper mainly analyzes the main problems existing in the employment of college students and their causes. On the basis of putting forward the questions, the paper analyzes the reasons from four aspects: the overall employment situation of the country, the imperfect employment market, the incomplete reform of colleges and universities, and the low personal quality of college students. In view of the above problems and reasons, the paper probes into the effective measures to solve the employment problem of college students from four aspects: national macro-control, perfecting the employment market, deepening the reform of higher education, and improving the personal quality. The key part is the third part and the fourth part. After analysis and research, the conclusion of this paper is: only the country, universities, society and individual students work together, coordinate with each other, form a harmonious employment environment, can truly solve the employment problem of college students. In order to promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
