省属综合性大学学科建设的SWOT分析

【摘要】：“学科水平决定一所大学的水平”。学科是大学承载教学、科研和社会服务的基本单元，，学科建设是大学建设的核心，是大学建设的永恒主题，是理论研究和实践工作都非常关注的问题。我国地方高等院校数量庞大，其学科建设水平直接影响着高等院校学科的建设水平。省属综合性大学作为地方高等院校中的“龙头”，其学科建设水平成为高等院校学科建设水平的重要影响因素。本文选取省属综合性大学的学科建设为研究对象，以SWOT分析方法为主要研究方法，分析了省属综合性大学学科建设过程中存在的优势与劣势，面临的机会与挑战。省属综合性大学学科建设的主要优势表现为省级政府对高等教育的高度重视，在高等教育领域投入了大量的人力、财力、物力；地方文化研究成为学科建设的一部分，并且容易形成不可取代的特色学科；综合大学的学科构成和学科结构有利于学科交叉和学科融合。省属综合性大学学科建设的劣势主要表现为中央财政投入相对不足；学科建设的规划缺乏广阔的国际视野；学科建设的过程缺少制度和文化建设。因此，合理定位、转变观念、面向地方、突出特色，是省属综合性大学学科建设的理性选择和必由之路。
[Abstract]:The level of discipline determines the level of a university. Discipline is the basic unit of university carrying teaching, scientific research and social service. Discipline construction is the core of university construction and the eternal theme of university construction. There are a large number of local colleges and universities in China, and the level of discipline construction has a direct impact on the construction level of institutions of higher learning. As the leading part of local colleges and universities, the level of discipline construction of provincial comprehensive universities has become an important factor affecting the level of discipline construction in colleges and universities. This paper selects the discipline construction of the provincial comprehensive university as the research object, taking the SWOT analysis method as the main research method, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges in the course of the discipline construction of the provincial comprehensive university. The main advantages of the discipline construction of provincial comprehensive universities are that the provincial governments attach great importance to higher education, invest a great deal of manpower, financial and material resources in the field of higher education, and the study of local culture becomes a part of the discipline construction. Moreover, it is easy to form irreplaceable characteristic subjects, and the subject structure and composition of comprehensive universities are conducive to the interdisciplinary and integration of disciplines. The disadvantages of the discipline construction of provincial comprehensive universities are mainly reflected in the relative insufficiency of the central financial input, the lack of broad international vision in the planning of the discipline construction, and the lack of system and culture in the course of the discipline construction. Therefore, it is the rational choice and the only way for the subject construction of the provincial comprehensive university to rationally position, change the idea, face the place and highlight the characteristics.
