大学生德育社会化研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的发展和社会主义市场经济的全面展开,我国大学生德育工作取得了辉煌的成绩。但是,在德育成就的背后,也暴露出不少问题,其中一个最突出的问题是,德育出现了某些僵化和孤立化的倾向。而僵化和孤立化倾向又直接导致了德育效果不佳以及与实际相脱节的现象。产生这种倾向的根本原因在于,德育在自身的发展中,不能灵活地适应外在社会的发展,这一问题的解决,有赖于大学生德育社会化。 第一,对“社会化”与“大学生德育社会化”这两个概念进行了界定。指出了社会化在不同学科中的涵义。认为大学生德育社会化是指大学生德育在适应社会发展需要的同时,以高校为主导,借助全社会的资源和力量,贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近大学生,实现大学生德育与社会教育相互渗透、相互作用的过程。 第二,分析了大学生德育社会化的理论基础和现实依据。关于理论基础,着重分析了其哲学和德育学基础。关于现实依据,主要探讨了五个方面的理由:一是大学生德育的现实需要;二是现代科技综合化发展的客观要求;三是社会领域深刻变革的必然要求;四是培养亲社会的大学生的需要;五是西方国家德育的启示。 第三,阐述了大学生德育社会化的困境及成因。认为当前大学生德育社会化现状呈现四个特点:一是大学生的德育价值取向多元化;二是大学生道德理想日趋现实性和世俗性;三是大学生的德育评价存在双重甚至多重标准;四是大学生德育选择存在困惑性。究其原因有社会、家庭、学校等多方面因素。 最后,探讨了促进大学生德育社会化的对策措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the development of socialist market economy, moral education of college students in China has made brilliant achievements. However, behind the achievements of moral education, there are also many problems, one of the most prominent problems is that moral education has some tendency of ossification and isolation. The tendency of ossification and isolationism leads directly to the phenomenon of poor moral education effect and disconnection with reality. The basic reason for this tendency lies in the fact that moral education can not adapt to the development of external society flexibly in its own development. The solution of this problem depends on the socialization of moral education of college students. First, the two concepts of socialization and socialization of moral education of college students are defined. The meaning of socialization in different disciplines is pointed out. It is believed that the socialization of moral education of college students means that the moral education of college students, while adapting to the needs of social development, is dominated by colleges and universities, with the help of the resources and forces of the whole society, close to reality, close to life and close to college students. The process of mutual penetration and interaction between moral education and social education of college students is realized. Second, it analyzes the theoretical basis and practical basis of the socialization of moral education of college students. On the theoretical basis, the emphasis on its philosophy and moral education basis. On the basis of reality, this paper mainly discusses five reasons: first, the realistic needs of moral education of college students; second, the objective requirements of the comprehensive development of modern science and technology; third, the inevitable requirements of profound changes in the social field; The fourth is to cultivate the needs of pro-social college students, and the fifth is the enlightenment of moral education in western countries. The third, elaborated the university student moral education socialization difficult position and the cause of formation. The author thinks that the present situation of moral education socialization of college students presents four characteristics: first, the value orientation of moral education of college students is diversified; second, the moral ideal of college students is becoming more realistic and secular; third, there are double or even multiple standards in moral education evaluation of college students. Fourthly, the choice of moral education of college students is confused. The reasons are social, family, school and many other factors. Finally, it discusses the countermeasures to promote the socialization of college students'moral education.
