同辈群体与“90后”大学生成才研究

【摘要】:当前“90后”大学生已经成为在校大学生的主体。作为在经济快速发展、文化高度繁荣、社会急剧转型的社会环境中成长起来的新一代,相对前几代人他们有着较独特而明显的群体特征。且其成才与否也直接关系到我国人才队伍和小康社会的建设,关系到祖国和民族未来的命运。 大学阶段是大学生成才的关键期,同辈群体作为“90后”大学生一个重要的人际环境,对其成长成才有着重要的影响。论文首先分析了青年同辈群体环境的一般特征及其作用,继而通过问卷调查总结和归纳“90后”大学生同辈群体的新特点。以此为逻辑起点,分析同辈群体对“90后"大学生成才的影响。最后,针对“90后”大学生同辈群体的新特点以及其对大学生成才各个方面的影响,提出一些有针对性的教育对策。 全文共分为三个部分: 第一部分:青年同辈群体环境及其作用分析。同辈群体的一般特征包括:成员关系自由平等;群体凝聚力强;相互交流内容广泛;群体亚文化特征明显;核心人物影响力大。其主要作用包括:对青年心理需求的满足;是青年社会化的重要途径;影响青年价值观的形成和发展。“90后”大学生同辈群体的新特点主要包括:独生子女比例上升,群体成员富于个性;交往目的多元化,对象范围扩大;交往的情感因素弱化,功利性因素上升;沟通方式信息化,网络交往成趋势。 第二部分:同辈群体对“90后”大学生成才的影响。积极影响包括:同辈群体在“90后”大学生思想政治素质的形成、知识素质的培养、能力素质的培养、以及身心素质发展四个方面的积极作用。消极影响包括:负面信息干扰影响正面宣传的教育效果;群体的排他性、自卫性影响协作团结;盲目从众影响大学生创新意识和能力素质的发展。 第三部分:发挥同辈群体的积极影响,促进“90后”大学生全面成才。首先,把握同辈群体的发展及其特点,重视大学生的群体教育和引导。具体做到:正视和尊重同辈群体的存在;重视对核心人物的教育;提高学生人际交往的能力。其次,加强社会主义核心价值观教育,优化群体结构和功能。具体做到:以社会主义核心价值引领同辈群体文化的发展;加强思想道德素养的培育;加强网络同辈群体的引导和教育;在社会实践中提高成员的综合素质。最后,发挥学校、家庭和社会三者合力,共同营造“90后”大学生良好的成才环境。通过搭建“家校合作”联系平台,拓展“家校合作”教育平台,形成“家校合作”制度机制来构建“家校合作”的教育模式;继而通过继续构建良好的政治、经济、文化环境;充分调动可利用的社会资源为大学生成才提供条件来营造良好的社会环境。
[Abstract]:At present, the post-90s college students have become the main body of college students. As a new generation growing up in the social environment of rapid economic development, high prosperity of culture and rapid transformation of society, they have more unique and obvious group characteristics than those of previous generations. And its success or not is also directly related to the construction of our country's talent team and the well-off society, and the future destiny of the motherland and the nation. The university stage is the key period for college students to grow up. As an important interpersonal environment for post-90s college students, the peer group has an important influence on their growth and development. This paper first analyzes the general characteristics and functions of the peer group environment of the youth, and then summarizes and summarizes the new characteristics of the peer group of the "post-90s" college students by means of a questionnaire survey. Taking this as the logical starting point, this paper analyzes the influence of peer groups on the post-90s college students. Finally, aiming at the new characteristics of the peer group of the "post-90s" college students and its influence on the development of college students, some targeted educational countermeasures are put forward. The full text is divided into three parts: The first part: the environment of youth peer group and its function analysis. The general characteristics of the peer group include: free and equal membership, strong group cohesion, extensive communication content, obvious subcultural characteristics of the group, and great influence of the core characters. Its main functions include: satisfying the psychological needs of young people; being an important way to socialize young people; influencing the formation and development of youth values. Group members are rich in personality; the purpose of communication is diversified and the range of objects is expanded; the emotional factors of communication are weakened and utilitarian factors rise; the way of communication is information and network communication becomes a trend. The second part: the influence of peer groups on the post-90s college students. The positive influence includes the positive role of the peer group in the formation of ideological and political quality, the cultivation of knowledge quality, the cultivation of ability quality and the development of physical and mental quality of the post-90s college students. The negative effects include: the negative information interference affects the educational effect of positive propaganda; the exclusiveness of the group and the self-defense affect the cooperation and unity; the blind conformity affects the development of the innovation consciousness and the ability quality of the college students. The third part: give play to the positive influence of peer groups, promote the 90-year college students to become a full-scale talent. First of all, grasp the development and characteristics of peer groups, attach importance to the group education and guidance of college students. To achieve: to face and respect the existence of peer groups; to pay attention to the education of key people; to improve students' interpersonal skills. Secondly, we should strengthen the education of socialist core values and optimize the structure and function of groups. To achieve: the socialist core values to lead the development of peer group culture; strengthen the cultivation of ideological and moral literacy; strengthen the network peer group guidance and education; in social practice to improve the comprehensive quality of members. Finally, the school, family and society work together to create a good environment for post-90s college students. Through setting up the "home-school cooperation" contact platform, expanding the "home-school cooperation" educational platform, forming the "home-school cooperation" system mechanism to construct the "home-school cooperation" education model, and then by continuing to build a good political, economic and cultural environment; Fully mobilize the available social resources for college students to provide conditions for the creation of a good social environment.
