新建地方本科高校新任教师专业发展研究

【摘要】:随着我国高等教育的持续大幅扩招,一大批新建地方本科高校(以下或称新建高校)应运而生,随之充实到新建高校中的新任教师的数量逐年增加。新建地方本科高校新任教师的专业发展是一个非常有价值的研究课题。本研究试图从新建高校新任教师的视角探讨新建高校新任教师专业发展的真实状况,分析当前新建高校新任教师专业发展所存在的问题及原因并对此提出相关的对策和建议。 以终身教育理论、教师专业发展理论为基础。本论文首先以终身教育理论作为本论文的一个重要理论依据。大学教师应该与时俱进,不断地学习新的理论以及新的实践操作技能,并且持续终身,只有这样才能促进自身专业不断发展。然后以教师教育理论为主要依据,认同将教师的专业发展分为职前教育、入职教育与在职教育三个连续的发展阶段。最后将相关学习理论加以论述,作为新建地方本科高校新任教师专业发展的另一个重要理论基础。 通过问卷调查法和访谈法得出新建高校新任教师专业发展中存在的问题,并分析了相关原因。新建高校新任教师专业发展的问题主要有成长环境层面对新件高校新任教师专业发展的促进不大、政府、新建高校等主体在技术操作层面对其专业发展有重大制约作用和新任教师个人因素对自身专业发展的影响,然后详细分析了导致这些问题的原因。 根据调查研究的结果,结合相关文献研究,,得出了新建高校新任教师专业发展的相关建议,需要从政府(如财政支出保障、制度法规支持、建立专业机构等)、新建高校(入职培训、校内师徒制、通过课题研究促进新任教师专业发展等)和新任教师个人(如自我规划、自觉教育研究、自我反思)等三个方面来采取措施。 总之,在借鉴国内外先进经验的基础上,不仅新任教师自身要有较强的自主发展要求和相关行动,政府、新建高校也必须为新任教师提供良好的条件,搭建适宜的发展平台、建立系统科学、人性化的新任教师专业发展体系才能更好地促进新建地方本科高校新任教师的专业发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of higher education in our country, a large number of newly established local undergraduate universities (below or new universities) have emerged, and the number of new teachers who have been enriched to the newly built colleges and universities has increased year by year. The professional development of new teachers in newly-established local colleges and universities is a valuable research topic. This study attempts to explore the real situation of the new teachers' professional development from the perspective of new teachers in newly built colleges and universities, analyzes the problems and causes of the new teachers' professional development at present, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Based on the theory of lifelong education and the theory of teacher professional development. This thesis firstly takes the theory of lifelong education as an important theoretical basis of this paper. College teachers should keep pace with the times, constantly learn new theories and new practical skills, and continue for life. Only in this way can they promote their own professional development. Then, based on the theory of teacher education, it is recognized that teachers' professional development is divided into three successive stages: pre-service education, induction education and in-service education. Finally, the relevant learning theories are discussed as another important theoretical basis for the new teachers' professional development in newly established local colleges and universities. The problems in the new teachers' professional development in newly-built colleges and universities are obtained by questionnaire and interview, and the related reasons are analyzed. The major problems in the professional development of new teachers in newly built colleges and universities are that the growth environment does not promote the professional development of new teachers in new colleges and universities. The government, New colleges and universities and other subjects in the technical operation level of its professional development has a major role and new teachers' personal factors on their own professional development, and then analyzed in detail the causes of these problems. According to the results of the investigation and related literature research, this paper draws the relevant suggestions for the professional development of new teachers in newly-built colleges and universities, which need to be supported by the government (such as the financial expenditure guarantee, the system and laws and regulations). Establishing professional institutions, establishing new colleges and universities (induction training, in-school teacher-apprenticeship system, promoting the professional development of new teachers through project research, etc.) and individual teachers (such as self-planning, conscious educational research, etc.), Self-reflection) and other three aspects to take measures. In a word, on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad, not only the new teachers themselves should have strong independent development requirements and related actions, but also the government and the newly built universities must provide good conditions for the new teachers and set up a suitable development platform. Only by establishing the system science and humanization of the new teachers' professional development system can we promote the new teachers' professional development in newly-built local colleges and universities.
