高校国防教育促进大学生综合素质的策略研究

【摘要】:高校国防教育是我国国防事业的重要组成部分,在高校教育体系中有着特殊的地位。高校国防教育与高校素质教育之间存在着种种关联,,对大学生综合素质的发展也具有促进作用。大学生是民族文化和精神的继承人和传承者,他们的素质状况关系到国家和民族的未来。本文以“高校国防教育促进大学生综合素质发展”为研究视角,探索国防教育与素质教育的内涵本质,探索国防教育对综合素质的促进功能及其实现。 本文具体分析了高校国防教育的内涵特征,从本质定位、主要特征、价值功能三个方面对高校国防教育的本质进行了探索。文中以马克思关于人的全面发展理论为指导,将大学生综合素质划分为思想政治素质、科学文化素质、身心素质和创新素质,并对上述素质进行了具体分析。在了解国防教育与大学生综合素质的本质的基础上,对两者之间存在的关联性和相互间的功能作用进行解析,研究两者诸要素在一定环境下相互联系、相互作用的运行规律和基本原理。研究的目的在于促进提高,以高校国防教育的现状为现实依据,以国家、学校、个人对国防教育的需求为前提,研究国防教育促进综合素质发展的策略和途径。认识到要将国防教育和素质教育紧密结合起来,优化国防教育自身的体制结构和教学内容;同时要紧跟时代,创新教育手段;强化国防教育的师资力量,并将国防教育作为长期的教育过程持续开展下去。
[Abstract]:National defense education in colleges and universities is an important part of national defense in our country and plays a special role in the education system of colleges and universities. There are various relations between national defense education and quality education in colleges and universities, which can promote the development of college students' comprehensive quality. College students are the heirs and inheritors of national culture and spirit, and their quality is related to the future of the country and nation. From the perspective of "National defense education in colleges and universities to promote the development of comprehensive quality of college students", this paper explores the connotation essence of national defense education and quality education, and explores the function and realization of national defense education in promoting comprehensive quality. This paper analyzes the connotation characteristics of national defense education in colleges and universities, and probes into the essence of national defense education in colleges and universities from three aspects: essential orientation, main characteristics and value function. Under the guidance of Marx's theory on the all-round development of human beings, the comprehensive quality of college students is divided into ideological and political quality, scientific and cultural quality, physical and mental quality and innovative quality, and the above qualities are analyzed concretely. On the basis of understanding the essence of national defense education and college students' comprehensive quality, this paper analyzes the relationship between them and their functions, and studies the interrelation between the two elements in a certain environment.
