试析高校思想政治理论课教研室主任的作用

【摘要】：新时期研究如何充分发挥思想政治理论课教研室主任的作用问题,有利于加强高校思想政治理论课师资队伍建设,有利于凝聚高校思想政治理论课教学科研力量,有利于创新实践高校教研室主任作用发挥机制。目前,高校思想政治理论课教研室主任在配备、使用和管理方面还存在许多问题,未能充分发挥教研室主任的作用。可以通过选拔优秀教师担任教研室主任,增强教研室主任的荣誉感;完善教研室主任管理使用机制,增强教研室主任的责任感;提高教研室主任相关工作待遇,增强教研室主任的幸福感等方式调动教研室主任的积极性,使教研室主任的作用得到充分发挥。
[Abstract]:In the new period, the research on how to give full play to the role of the director of the teaching and Research Department of the ideological and political theory course is helpful to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of the ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities, to condense the teaching and scientific research forces of the ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities, and to practice the mechanism of the role of the director of the teaching and research department in Colleges and universities. The director of the teaching and research department has many problems, and there are still many problems in use and management. It can not give full play to the role of the director of the teaching and research department. By selecting excellent teachers to serve as the director of the teaching and research department, we can enhance the sense of honor of the director of the teaching and research department, improve the management and use mechanism of the director of the teaching and research department, strengthen the sense of responsibility of the director of the teaching and Research Office, and improve the director of the teaching and research department. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the director of the teaching and research section, the role of the director of the teaching and research section is brought into full play.
