高校教师思想政治道德素质模型构建及实施策略研究

【摘要】:思想政治道德素质是高校教师综合素质体系的构成内容之一,其素质状况对推进高校教师综合素质的发展、教学质量的提升、教育对象的成长具有深远影响。文章在对高校教师思想政治道德素质模型基础理论研究的基础上,系统分析了构建高校教师思想政治道德素质模型的具体要求,提出较为完善的高校教师思想政治道德素质模型实施的有效策略。正文分为三个部分: 第一部分:高校教师思想政治道德素质模型的理论阐析和研究意义。该部分是本文研究的逻辑起点,围绕高校教师思想政治道德素质模型及相关概念进科学界定,系统阐释高校教师思想政治道德素质模型的理论基础,对研究高校教师思想政治道德素质模型构建及实施策略的理论价值和实践意义进行总结。 第二部分:高校教师思想政治道德素质模型的构建。此部分是本文研究的核心内容,系统分析了高校教师思想政治道德素质模型的构建依据、模型结构、构建原则,围绕高校教师思想政治道德素质模型构成内容进行素质指标体系的设计,最终确立高校教师思想政治道德素质模型。 第三部分:高校教师思想政治道德素质模型的实施策略。该部分立足于前两个章节对高校教师思想政治道德素质模型构建及确立,较有针对性地提出确保高校教师思想政治道德素质模型得以顺利实施的有效策略,主要包括准确把握高校教师思想政治道德素质模型实施策略的科学内涵、建立健全高校教师思想政治道德素质模型实施流程、加强高校教师思想政治道德素质模型实施的队伍建设、科学构建高校教师思想政治道德素质模型的实施机制以及营造高校教师思想政治道德素质模型实施的良好环境等内容。
[Abstract]:The ideological, political and moral quality is one of the components of the comprehensive quality system of university teachers. Its quality has a profound influence on the development of teachers' comprehensive quality, the improvement of teaching quality and the growth of educational objects. On the basis of the research on the basic theory of the ideological and political quality model of university teachers, this paper systematically analyzes the specific requirements of constructing the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers. This paper puts forward some effective strategies for the implementation of the ideological and political moral quality model of college teachers. The text is divided into three parts: The first part: the theoretical analysis and research significance of the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers. This part is the logical starting point of this paper. It systematically explains the theoretical basis of the ideological and political moral quality model of college teachers around the scientific definition of the ideological and political quality model and related concepts of university teachers. This paper summarizes the theoretical value and practical significance of constructing and implementing the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers. The second part: the construction of the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers. This part is the core content of this paper, systematically analyzes the construction basis, the model structure, the construction principle of the college teachers' ideological and political moral quality model. The quality index system is designed around the content of the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers, and finally the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers is established. The third part: the implementation strategy of the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers. This part is based on the first two chapters to construct and establish the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers, and puts forward some effective strategies to ensure the smooth implementation of the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers. It mainly includes grasping the scientific connotation of the implementation strategy of college teachers' ideological and political moral quality model, and establishing and perfecting the implementation process of college teachers' ideological and political moral quality model. To strengthen the construction of college teachers' ideological and political moral quality model, to construct scientifically the implementation mechanism of college teachers' ideological and political moral quality model and to create a good environment for the implementation of college teachers' ideological and political moral quality model, etc.
