教育部关于全面提高高等教育质量的若干意见

【摘要】：正教高[2012]4号各省、自治区、直辖市教育厅(教委),新疆生产建设兵团教育局,有关部门(单位)教育司(局),部属各高等学校:为深入贯彻落实胡锦涛总书记在庆祝清华大学建校100周年大会上的重要讲话精神和《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》,大力提升人才培养水平、增强科学研究能力、服务经济社会发展、推进文化传承创新,全面提高高等教育质量,现提出如下意见。
